At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

Most people simply enter the foreign exchange market without comprehending matters like this. The first stage in building money is determining your goals and risk tolerance, which you may do on your own or with the assistance of a financial counselor who works with a verified Finance agency. And also you can learn the facts about saving and investing and create a clear plan, you should be able to acquire financial security over time and enjoy the benefits of income management.

That is why I work with John Desmond Heppolette, who introduced me to a better Financial community, a verified agency where I learned how money works and how to create it, as well as free books, courses, and daily lectures. You also get to meet new people, which was the best decision I ever made.

You’re right! Working with a financial advisor who has worked in a solid financial firm for a long time, such as John D. Heppolette, will actually set you up for success in life. I'm delighted I was able to reach out to him earlier this year because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone, which is why it's always good to join the correct community.

That's great, your financial advisor must be really good, I have seen testimonies of people using the help of financial advisors in making them more financially stable. I just discovered his exceptional resume when I made a Googled search of his names. I consider it a blessing that I discover this comment area!

Yeah for real, John D. Heppolette, is one asset manager that gives the breakdown of everything on how things are done, joining an effective financial community can be 100% beneficial when joined properly that's all I can say out of experience..

I just spent an hour watching my teacher explain this, which was especially hard to understand during remote learning, so less than 5 seconds after leaving the meeting I came here (as well as the practice vid), turned on 1.75x speed and got a crystal clear understanding in 6-7 minutes. Thank you sir.

Mr. Clifford, I have a question about the last question where the US has a huge recession. Instead of thinking about it in terms of income, I thought about in terms of price level. Because there is a recession, the GPD falls. Because the GDP falls, the price level falls. Because the price level falls, the demand for USD rises. Therefore, the supply of Yen rises. This causes the USD to appreciate and the Yen to depreciate. Is this correct reasoning?

I understand the general concepts but am a little confused with overall effect of changes in price level and changes in consumer taste.
If we have two countries (A and B) and the price level in country A falls, leading to increase in demand for currency A, leading to an appreciation in currency A, I understand this causes net exports and AD to fall - but what about the effects of the initial price level fall? Won't these still have the effect of boosting exports? Could the boost in exports from lower price level outweigh the exchange rate appreciation effects?
Similarly for changes in consumer taste, if consumer taste shifts towards country A goods/services, I understand this causes appreciation and NX/AD fall - but won't the shift in taste towards country A goods/services cause exports to increase?
Ie what is the overall effect on AD? The price level falling and consumer tastes shifting towards a country's goods and services indicates to me that NX and AD would increase (before consideration of exchange rate effects). If asked in an essay, is it best to explain what happens to E.R but say the overall effect on AD is uncertain?

One question I have that confuses me on supply and demand. If interest rates rise then doesn't that mean that there will be less borrowing domestically? Would less borrowing domestically increase the supply of dollars for the country that has the now higher interest rate. And would that counter-act the influence of foreign demand for the now relatively higher interest paying currency. Is there a rule for how this plays out?
