जहां तक कि एग्जीक्यूशन की बात है वह भारत में कहीं पर भी हो सकता है लेकिन जो आपने समस्या बताई है मुंबई से आर्बिट्रेशन एक्सपार्टी कैसे हो सकता है पहले आप को नोटिस देना जरूरी है प्राकृतिक न्याय का सिद्धांत है यह, या तो आप को नोटिस मिलने के बाद आप उपस्थित नहीं हुए होंगे तभी एक पक्षीय आदेश होता है
एग्जीक्यूशन क्या आर्डर मुंबई कोर्ट करेगी और उत्तराखंड में भी एग्जीक्यूशन हो सकता

@@laweasyclasses Yes Sir, due to some problems and very remote location, I did not go there. I read the section 42 of this act and got confused about execution place. Arbitrator Mumbai hai aur mera niwas aur bank Uttarakhand main hai. Thanks for reply

@@laweasyclasses Sole arbitrator (Retd. judge) ne apne letter head page par notice send kiya tha do baar. I am physically challenged so it was very hard for me to go to Mumbai from Uttarakhand to talk on settlement only and surely the sole arbitrator would never be in my favor and sole arbitrator always support banks only. Kisi court ka letter nahin aaya tha. Na hi us letter par koi stamp thi. Ab kya sole arbitrator ka order mana jayega ya woh kisi court ke madhyam se exparty case ya koi aur case karengen. Thanks for your precious reply.
