    • @nt4081
      @nt4081 10 днів тому

      What a generalization. You are wrong, one girl is not so comfortable doing press, and you say " AMERICANS" . It would be nice if Danil wore some under garments that allows him comfort. He is always pulling on the front and back of his shorts like a 7 year old boy. Man, you are on Tv. Must be a lil one. It is so annoyibng to see this. I am a woman , and I do not see many others with this issue. I did not see Sinner once grab his crotch or remove a wedggie during the whole match. WTF is his problem? Yuck! I watched Taylor Fritz, Dimitrov, Tiafoe, Tommy Paul, Deminaur, Sasha, and none of them do that . I wished I counted, but I turn away after awhile. IT is so crass.

    • @tijgertjekonijnwordopgegeten

    Has he stopped yawning when he plays against Sinner? I remember that he yawned often... More than adorable... No vabbè..... anche se è vero che con lo "sbadiglio", al termine di un gioco vincente contro Sinner, ha molto mancato di rispetto, e anche a me aveva dato molto fastidio quel gesto, però successivamente Medvedev si è sempre comportato da "signore", ed in particolare ha sempre rispettato Sinner; tutti facciamo sbagli, è umano. Penso che Medvedev meriti grande rispetto come uomo e come grande tennista.

    biggest issue sinner has are dropshots.. those are very bad, like, eachtime he tried one he lost the point, he also often misstimes net play
    the whole match was super tactical, constantly trying to exploit each others weaknesses, something that they always do but it was evident yesterday
    serve was lacking from both, overall they played a similar level and with that it appears sinners wins, so for meddy to win he needs to be on top form and hope sinner is not also on top form

    Hes a smart guy. You can tell this from his responses and thought patterns. Unfortunately Sinner, providing he maintains his current level, will always beat Medvedev in Grand Slams in the crutch matches. This is simply because in "tennis years" Medvedev is past his best and Sinner is in his prime. Tennis players peak from ages 18 through to their mid 20s, 25, 26 and then it is all down hill depending on a few other factors. I know what people are thinking. What about Federer , Nadal & Djokovic? Well those guys were freaks. However if you look at the stats Federer's peak years were the mid 2000s through to 2010. Thats when he won 75% of his Grand Slams. Djokovic owned the 2010s apart from the French Open where Nadal was a complete anomaly. Federer's performance dropped off dramatically from age 28. He managed to eek out 5 Grand Slams after this age , which is amazing if it were anyone else but 15 of his slams were from age 20 to 28. The only exception to this rule has been Djokovic , which makes him the best player to ever have walked the earth. People dont like this but the stats dont lie. The fact that 70% of his slams were won after the age of 28 shows what a legend he is. But age has caught up to him. I have followed his career from day one back when he was known as the "joker" for his oncourt impersonations of other players. That 2024 Wimbledon final he played against Alcaraz was mind blowing simply for the reason I have never seen him play so appallingly ever! Carlos completely dominated him in every aspect. He was tired, had way to many unforced errors, he lacked decent passing shots and his serve had lost its potency. I am amazed he stepped it up for the Olympics to win gold. Then he was outclassed again in the quarters of the 2024 US Open by a nobody. Winning a Grand Slam is soooo difficult. You have to be on form for every single point of every single game. You cannot have an off day. The fact these three giants of the game managed to win as many titles as they did is unbelievable. We will never see that again in my life time. I think Sinner and Alcaraz are phenomenal players but I cant see either of them getting to double figures in Grand Slams, not because they are no good but because it is so damn hard and there is a more even playing field with the young players coming through. Look at Alcaraz. Barely 21 and he crashed out of the 2024 US Open to a nothing player. The pressure already getting to him. As for Novak I cant see him winning another Slam. I hope I am proved incorrect though. If he still has the desire and he is injury free then its possible but DESIRE is a huge factor.

    He plays mind games against the opponent all the time, but recently he's learned how to look like a good guy and still play mind games. No sportsmanship at all and that's the reason why he loses almost all the big games

    They were going toe to toe, but Sinner was so stable on big points. Meddy tends to get bothered and his execution suffered.

    Medvedev is a great player he gets good results in major tournaments. But, Medvedev always falls in the end. Hope he’ll win one of the major titles soon.
