Gran Turismo 2 - Music randomizer sucks (480p)

Felt like trying how many tries it would take to get my absolute favourite PAL Gran Turismo 2 music track to play during a race, which doesn't happen very often apparently. The game usually plays literally all the other tracks but that one. Basterd of a game. Tried since I recently had to load my save for thirty-something times to get it to play on an endurance race (I'm not doing those with a new PAL save I'm doing unless that favourite track is playing, seriously, makes that long crap moar enjoyable). And while testing some other crap with 2 players elsewhere it took me more than 10 tries to get it to appear. Here, I booted the game from scratch, adjusted settings like you should do with a new game (who doesn't do that, seriously, if you don't do that get help), and then start trying. In this case the events happened like this:
Try #1: Blame
Try #2: Big Dog
Try #3: Death Trip
Try #4 & 5: Blame
Try #6 & #7 & #8: THAT ONE TRACK WHICH SUCKS
Try #9: The Bartender & The Thief (YES)
So not the worst try. Sometimes it just takes ages to get it to appear, I almost never hear it when I play the game. Recently it has not also played THAT ONE ANNOYING TRACK to me at all when playing the game with a PS1, working a new save towards 100.91% with race win ratio 100.00%. So that's great, I'd gladly remove THAT ONE TRACK from this crap and increase the favourite track probability - also would probably remove Blame as well, all the others are fine enough.
By the ways, The Bartender & The Thief instrumental in this game beats the lyrics'd version any day 11-0. Foit meh about any of this crap if ye dares.
If you also happen to be reading this description somehow still (What is wrong with you, knowing UA-cam even Nobody reads those, get the joke?) then methinks that Japanese race OST is fine, American race OST is 100% garbo.
