As a dissatisfied customer who purchased a fridge based on brand image, I have experienced significant issues. The service technician has visited over 15 times due to excess ice formation. The thermostat was replaced more than 5 times under warranty, and the door rubber was changed twice, with one replacement at my expense. Recently, the door broke and had to be replaced three times at my cost, all due to excess ice formation. Despite changing the gas under warranty, the issue remains unresolved. It appears there may be a design flaw with this model, but the company refuses to acknowledge fault, only advising me to defrost the fridge weekly-an inconvenience not encountered with my previous appliances. Overall, the product is disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing Godrej appliances.

We buy godrej refrigerator 8 month ago.. now facing cooling problem. And godrej not given proper after sales service.. very bad staff, technical and call centre response, we register many time complaint but not solve my problem and not single response by godrej.. so i suggest you don't trust godrej..
