To be honest guys, I don't think the glass shattered as it looks like there's no glass still stuck to the adhesive so I'm guessing either the adhesive didn't stick correctly and you went over a bump which made it jostle out or not enough adhesive was used.
Justa Guy the window never made it to the point of placing it on the van. It was picked up and shattered in my hands. That’s why there’s no adhesive on the glass because it was never adhered.
