Miles finds himself colliding with his parents as he’s clearly distressed with managing his heroic life and his personal life.
His life once again turned upside down by the provocation of the Spider-Verse when Gwen (Ghost Spider) takes him to meet Miguel O’Hara.
Miguel will prove to be a mighty adversary for Miles or is Miles becoming the antagonist here? Can he actually sacrifice for the greater good when the sacrifice might actually be someone he loves deeply?
Perhaps Miguel is just driven by fear? Regardless the animation, and the characters look fully flushed out and are gonna unravel before our eyes.
A packed trailer offers hope for a truly unique cinematic experience!

If the writers are good they will have Miles say that even if it’s just out of anger
It’s more like something bad is about to happen on his home universe but Miguel needs all hands on deck to stop the danger that’d threaten everything even if it means Miles loses another parent. Miles will help save the Spider-Verse, but he will want to save everyone he cares about.
We don't know that yet. The plot could very well be Miles sabotaging a near-accomplished mission to save a relative, losing Miguel's trust that he will be rational in his decisions in the Team.

i thought miles losing uncle aaron in the first movie was his spider loss. he and his uncle were really close. more of a mentor then his father. he was killed because he refused to kill Miles and telling to him he was the best of us and just keep going. lesson learned, killing his father too to check off the spiderman check list is just overkill for me

I mean his uncle was a important person that was killed but his dad is way more important uncle Ben meant more because he raised Peter uncle Arron was cool he didn’t raise him tho so his dad is really the loss or mom losing his uncle is like what Andrew Garfield Spider-Man went through Losing Gwen it was important but wasn’t the major death that made him spider man
What makes you think it's his Dad? Note it seems his issues in the movie, judging by these 2 trailers, is with his mother.
@@kenjisparks because following comics and the vibe of the movie feels the mom might not play a important enough role to get a chance to die I think the dad makes more sense but mom could definitely happen I see ur point

His dad was the one who gave him the confidence to be Spider-Man
The Spot is my favorite Spidey villain and probably my favorite Marvel villain. I first saw him in the 90s cartoon, but he's basically a scientist who made a portal tech and got i na lab accident where he can willingly create more. He's not super violent, kind of a dork? But he's hard to take down because of the portals (he can redirect punches and spider webs that hit his body) and can't die I guess, but he basically just gets roped into other villain stuff or tries to steal stuff.

I have a theory. I think Miguel doesn't approve of Miles because he doesn't see him as a real Spider-Man. If you go back and watch the first film, the spider that bit Miles glitches like the way the other Spider-people did. Meaning it must've come from another universe. I think Miguel is going to argue that Miles isn't a real Spider-Man since his spider bite wasn't supposed to happen.
Also, the directors mentioned that Miles has an interesting connection with Spot. Also Miguel says in this trailer that he can choose between saving one person or saving all the worlds. I think Miles is going to somehow know who Spot actually is and would be against taking him down.
So Miguel probably has 2 reasons to hate Miles in this.

Miguel, is trying to shape and control the fate of future spidermans. Miles morales is still a young person in story and miguel is trying to make him choose between his family or the spiderverse. miles disagrees on that opinion and thinks that he could save everyone, including his family, and miguel wants miles to lose something that he loves for him to be more mature
I only know *Spot* from the comics. One of the most dangerous villains, he can create "circle teleportals" via the Dark Dimension (like Cloak of "Cloak & Dagger"). Like most of S-M villains, he is a science Doctor. I almost forgot he was *immortal* and a criminal in the comics. Spot can throw or transfer (people or things) in his "teleporting" spots. However Miles is from Earth 1610, and everything I wrote from memory could be different. I CAN'T WAIT!! Best wishes guys on an awesome and positive channel!🌞
Yeah his powers are really cool and he does some really fucked up things with them
minor note, from everything I read he was TRYING to replicate the Cloak's dark dimension pwoers but tapped into spotworld and so his powers are a touch different. but very similar.

My theory is that Miles is going to ruin all the timelines and instead of the spider-verse it's the villain-verse with Kingpin in charge. In the next movie Miles will have to go back and let his dad die

I don't think it will be his dad in danger. I think it will be his mom in jeopardy. She dies in the original Ultimate Spider-Man comics and I think the teaser's efforts to highlight his conversation with his mother was a deliberate choice.
