You should have competitions where people compete with each other to make dishes like crab rangoons, and other late night drinking foods, but it could be like a drinking game at the same time where they need to drink a beer every so often or some shit like that. Could be a cool way for you to bring in local businesses to compete with each other which will give them the opportunity to advertise their business at the same time.
