i bought the 1st batch of faiz, to be honest, if you don't have the budget to buy CSM and just wanted a faiz phone, this will be another option, but not really recommend, the speaker and sound quality are bad, and the work of the device are also bad.

While I have the original Faiz gear v2, I'd like to say, yes, it has better quality and paint but I can't justify the 4-5x price increase, sometimes i wanna quit because of these absurd prices. I wish they lower the price so people won't resort to buying bootleg products.

Yes, personally i do agree that in terms of quality/finishing work/ Painting etc.. bandai has did it better. and the price also more expensive if we compare with bootleg...
some time i also wish that bandai could maybe lower their price a bit for MISB item...
PS : I think bandai product are expensive due to they need to design and develop new tech on their toys. some more they have to pay actor fees for their voice/ voice line to be use.

Bootleg is 5 times cheaper so maybe there are some ppl will buy bootleg instead 🤨

To be honest this is about what I expected. That said, considering the reportedly *abysmal* QC on the Faiz 2.0 CSM release at a much higher price, it's kinda hard to give this too much grief. Add in that it handily beats out the DX Faiz Driver reissue in terms bang for buck and I can see this doing very well in spite of its issues.

@@JPKRTOYS My biggest hope is that stuff like this makes Bandai kick into high gear and give folks a reason to shell out for the CSM's and DX re-releases - yeah, you might pay more but if people know the QC's going to be flawless and the fit and finish are on point and it's going to age better regardless of play or use...
@@chaltier4 actually bandai just need to fix their QC problem... then everything is fine already... each new or re- Release csm they opened PO early few months to take oder and produce the item, they should have enough time to do qc and testing. if they did it correctly, most of the people willing to spend more.

I wish the bootlegers took the opportunity and made these slightly bigger to match show appearance. I like wearing CSMs for cosplay but the damage is inevitable.
it is same size with bandai csm.
They're reasonably close to the driver props worn on the actual 555 suits if I recall correctly; as the story goes, the ones used for the henshin sequences were actually the DX toys just painted up so they were slightly smaller.
@@chaltier4 actually behind the scenes, driver they use are just a plastic toys that had no function.. Bandai Has a few series in their toys,

almost same with CSM but many missing some things(depend what toys)

@@chaltier4 It’s only true for shots when the belt is in the briefcase or when the belt/phone is dropped on the floor. When the belt is already put on, it is 7-10% larger than CSM. I mean if bootleg companies make oversize Transformers toys, I wouldn’t be that difficult to do the same with rider belts, since they are made of fewer, larger parts.
if the bootleg can work with the faiz edge and future blaster as well more people will buy for sure
sadly so far can't, it doesn't work with any faiz 1.0 or faiz 2.0 gear. the things that shock me is when u slot in axcel watch chip, it will play 'complete' and 'deformation' sound.. maybe soon bootleg also will have gears like bandai.
you can comparison inside belt connect with base csm faiz driver real from bandai and bootleg, belt real from bandai grey but bootleg belt black so worst like belt use for backpack
i already sold my bootleg faiz... lol... and i totally forgot about that...maybe after 3rd batch or 4th batch i will buy again and compare it again...
For display , plug and play yeah i choose bootleg save more money for my future thanks bro
it really up to the person who spending the money, like i mention, bootleg are just the things that u buy when u have low budget or maybe wanted to try it out, collector will just grab bandai product. because only bandai has the original sound source and copyright. even the quality between bootleg and bandai are also different... what you can copy are just the play style of the toys.
