- This video showcases all things LA Knight in WWE 2K24. This includes general gameplay, signatures, finishers, entrance, winning scene animation and his newly added YEAH! taunt audio.
Early #WWE2K24 gameplay has arrived! Big thanks to 2K UK and WWE 2K for flying me out to Florida to capture the gameplay from this earlier build of WWE 2K24.

The entrance movement animation is still the same from 2k23. They just added new crowd reactions especially to his taunts and updated his moveset.

@@vassdossman Like I initially did, they are confusing the reverse powerslam w/the regular one that was in 2K23 w/his DLC.
The finish still looks good but I was hoping for a back grapple BFT as he pulls them around... That would make his move set almost perfect other than Pats top rope Suplex
They need to make the crowd chant yeah for LA knight in the trading blows minigame
They got him down nice next month baby. Can't wait to play.
I wish all finishers got tracked with a heavier impact sound when they hit the mat. Maybe a camera effect, better selling animations. Something to indicate they took serious damage
The last time rings had good impact sounds was in 2k14. Sounded much more realistic. I agree with you

I hope we see a lot more of the new moves soon. One of the things I’m most excited for!

Does his finisher still have the same weird animation to it?
1. Signature leaping superplex is already in 2k23 and that is actually for pat mcafee
2. They used the new taunt get motion bft into a knee and a lariat? Not the BFT itself.

The taunt into the knee/clothesline used to be his finisher before he came to WWE.
@@ShinyMew76 why use it now all of a sudden the get up motion that he is doing right now is for the current bft. Devs are weird sometimes.
@@WWE2KUNIVERSEELITE They added the animation you are talking about when they added Knight as DLC in 2k22. This was before a lot of his moves became well known with the fans. A lot of his moveset likely took inspiration from TNA. He also has a Burning Hammer as a Signature, a move very rarely ever allowed in WWE.
I’m sure they’ll add the BFT version you speak of, but at least we have the move itself. Now all we need is the extra variant.

Looks like they've got a bug this early on 🤣 Commentary says "BFT" while in fact LA is just doing a knee to head + discuss clothesline combo triggering from the back of the opponent. They need to fix that real quick. They should make that a turn-around BFT instead, just like what LA's been doing lately.
Because that is an old version of the move. It was also like that in 2K22 and 23.

LA Knight is awesome, but I think it's crazy to hear all these vocal taunts, which are appreciated, but still nothing for The Rock, Stone Cold, Booker T, Triple H, or even Undertaker...

Yes, I think all of these could be vocal taunts..
They got the "big balls" taunt for Miz, which is hilarious, but a vocal taunt they should add is "when my hand goes up! Your mouths go shut!"

Reigns should definitely have a "Acknowledge ME!" vocal taunt, and just stand there waiting... Probably should be one of the longer animations, and reward a larger boost if fully completed, uninterrupted...😅
Cena definitely should've had "U Can't See ME!" vocal taunt... Even "The CHAMP is HERE!" should've been a vocal taunt...
Love the idea of vocal taunts, I appreciate what we have, it adds so much more to the game, they just need to expand; even phrases they used in promos and interviews could be used here...
Like Bret Hart probably never said "THE BEST there is, THE BEST there was, and THE BEST there ever will be!" during a match, but I think that would still be a great crowd taunt, honestly!
Hell, Randy Savage - "I AM the cream of the crop!" and especially "Ooooooh, YEAH!" and "DiG iT!"
Or even Hulk Hogan - "THIS is where the POWER lies!"
Especially since we got Sheamus "are you not entertained?!" Which is cool, keep it in the game, never remove that vocal taunt, but I don't even recall when he said that; certainly isn't a catch phrase... However, would love hearing more of these vocal taunts, for real.
All members of the nWo (Hogan, Hall, Nash, and Syxx) should have their own "too sweeeeeet!" vocal taunt, but Scott Hall should definitely have his own "Hey-Yo!"

I hope they add more matches, 21 is NOT enough.
Only real negative I can see (and it's a minor one) is the lack of custom entrance nameplate at the bottom of the screen, like he uses on TV

I hope this means they will add more wrestler taunt audio...I hate that you never hear UMAGA scream after hitting the steps when he enters the ring
They'll probably only do it for current superstars considering they obviously won't bothering adding audio from old footage. When they add superstar audio it's always in studio.

However, it's too bad that Corey Graves botched when he called LA Knight's knee lift-clothesline,"The BFT" on 3:57 .

@@BillFinger27Not the first time. Dean Ambrose has two moves called Dirty Deeds, the OG headlock driver version and then his butterfly DDT version.

@@wingedhussar1453 I'd ague the skin looked more plastic in 2K15. The skin is fine. Maybe it depends on the wrestler but overall I don't see a problem with the skin.
@nzuzovilakazi901 it was abit overdone yes sometimes they looked like clay models but it was mostly because of the lighting in 15. If you look at some wrestlers like orton cena . Today's don't look as real because of the skin
@@wingedhussar1453 on the skin,I notice bruises which is quite realistic. And some details like veins and stuff. I think it just depends on the body because some superstars skin looks pretty good. The sweat is there,bruises are there.
