Educational Institutions Launching NHRDN Chapters

Prof. Rao shares his thoughts and suggests an agenda for Universities and other Institutions of Higher Education starting chapters of HRD Network. Suggests it to be meant for make every stakeholder to learn from each other and themselves. Faculty members and students from different schools can learn from each other by periodic networking meetings to share experiences and reflections to lift up their competencies (KAS) build commitment (happiness at work and life) and culture (lifting up values and creating sustainable culture in institutions.
