For the residence hall, what is the difference between single and double occupancy?

All dorms are basically the same size. They all have 2 single beds and 2 desks. The only difference in a single and double occupancy is the number of people in each room. Even if a student picks single occupancy both beds and desks remain in room. Take care!

If we do a single occupancy.. what do we do with the extra beds/ etc that is in the room with us? can we move it or ?..
