Good conversation and very good content. Please do more of these. Please review a stock FMCG in US or EU , Financial Services company in Japan and an Electric/ electronic company like Sony in Japan. 🙏🙏🙏
Good one 👌❤️ Question: With so much of debt will there be any beneficial for the share holders even long term? Do they think from the share holders perspective? Dividend yes they are paying? Have they provided any bonus shares in the past? Next video please talk about HMC, Unilever, BOFA and JP Morgan. Its a good initiative from guys discussing about foreign companies.
The OGs are back!!! Thank you so much for this. Please keep doing company research more like this and learnt so much from this video and the part where Anand sir explained about the debt was simply an eye opener. Please please do keep doing more of these discussions. Thank you!
Toyota has acquired Vanderlande, which is a material handling equipment manufacturer who is a major automation/ conveyor supplier for Amazon and other E commerce provider's warehouses, airports etc.
Hello Anand sir, I like your money pechu videos . Your insights and comments on the present state of Indian stock market is great and i follow your tea coffee strategy. Thank you so much. But, your recommendations in international market are not so good like Toyota, Honda, qualcomm, intel, though some are good like Berkshire, tsm, alphabet, gis, pcar. Nothing super duper. I think your strategy is good on a volatile or recessionary market but not for a bull market. And have not much of a visionary approach. Interestingly usa stock market is in a bull market and visionaries who take risk but not gamble, make money. Your safe approach for middle class investment portfolios especially in india stocks is a great service and appreciated 👍
I just say Nissan Motors financials, and they are available at dirt cheap valuation. Would love to hear your insights on this Sashwat. P/b ratio at 0.25 looks crazy
Thank you for the informative video. As a value investor, apart from the company history, financials and the future prospects, if you look in to the return it has given to someone who had invested via US ADR route, the picture is not rosy. 10Y annualized return is at 3.98% and 5Y annualized return is at 3.83%. Even if you count in 2.84% dividend yield per annum, the returns are not great for the investor perspective. May be markets remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent in case of Toyota?
That's very true with respect to the past returns. And a deep analysis shows that there are no big investors who are betting on Toyota. But that being said, with the whole hybrid gala, I think we may see some upside potential in the near future.
I don't think it is irrational. This is a car company though number one in volume, still no breakthrough innovation to ignite passion among investors. If you see car industry, the major companies profits are not that great and investment is high. Young & New companies can afford to take risk, which these oldies are not. Only Tesla and Chinese EV car companies are showing potential and risk takers including self drive cars. And only in India these car company stocks are highly valued, may be due to the potential for new buyers from 2 to 4 wheel. There are better industries than this to put money on, I think!
Too tough for me to grasp the yen depreciation against dollar discussion. Need to get in touch with my accounting friends to understand this. But, it’s a very informative conversation. Thanks to Sir and Sashwath for educating us.
