As cars go, nothing says 80s more to me than the Capri 2.8 Injection and the BMW 635 CSI.
Ever been a fan of Capris , never owned a Ford , probably misguided snobbery , but now I’d love a Mk 1 Mexico , Mk 2=RS 2000 or Brooklands special Capri .

The 1300 GT is in a colour called Black Tulip. I used to sell them new and the colour was quite popular
i had an orange MG badged one , back in the day, sweet car...

Austin MG...jacked up one of the engine mounts,haynes book from teh libuary, cluctch puller, plates, hot dinner miseed, a few swaer words, and all back together , i was so chuffed...but, when i attempted to reverse, "chunch , chunch"....ahhhh ahhhh...
Mum called her mechanic, who came over, piggy backed it on tray truck...i was at work and mum picked it up from the mechs workshop.
i still remember to this day what mum told me..she said" i wrote this down, he told me to tell you. when you jacked up the engine mount, you didnt put the sv joint back in its
keyed location, hence the crunching...but he said you did a cracking good job on the clutch, so he charged us just 10 quid for the pick up, no other charge. He said to tell you can you do Saturday's at his workshop in between your apprentership!!...ha ha ive never done anything that good since!

Fiat 500F. Its a later one. The 500D has suicide doors.Ive got one of those. And its RHD.
