The chocolate is soft. Better to temper it so it snaps
Thank you for your comment! Yes that’s right, but we just did it the easy way so that everyone can make it at home 😊

Thank you! ❤️☺️
What did u use at the end to decorate it?
I used edible gold glitter ☺️ Today I uploaded another video where I made the Dubai chocolate from scratch, if you are interested check it out ❤️
Delicious
Thank you for your comment! 😊
Please, how long does it last in this form if it is stored in a dry or cool place, the important thing is free of sunlight
Thank you for your comment! In this recipe we didn’t temper the chocolate so we stored it in the fridge. But if you temper the chocolate, you should be able to store it at room temperature in a cool, dry place. It will last for a few months 😊
What is that stringy stuff?
It’s kataifi, a type of shredded pastry used in Middle Eastern desserts 😊
For what ist tahini? I did today the dubai choclate but without tahini, does it make the taste a little bit milder? Like not too sweet?
Hi Kira, thanks for your comment! Yes, tahini has a slight bitter and nutty flavour which balances the overall sweetness of the chocolate 😊
It is ground up sesame seeds, it makes it smoother and have more flavor
Recipe?
In the description 😊
What is tihini
Hi, thank you for your comment! It’s ground sesame butter used in Middle Eastern cooking. You can easily find it in Turkish grocery stores ☺️
I was interested but then I saw them cut right down the middle when the mold clearly has grooves to be cut in sections and I’m over it 😳😱🚫
Haha that’s right 😂 I wanted everyone to see the filling clearly, that’s why I cut it there
