DB is a big need imo. Plenty of depth, but not a lot of star power. Ceyair Wright is the only guy coming back that I feel confident in. Hopefully we pick up at least one DT and at least one WR. I disagree with you about running back though. I think that room has been steadily improving and has some young guys that are coming up. Emmett Johnson as the feature back these last few weeks has fixed a few problems with that room. I like our OL room. I like our TE room very much, actually. We just need to get them more involved. LB room I'm not really sure about. We lose some valuable experience there, but I think we could have some solid young talent coming up. I wouldn't be angry if they take a LB out of the portal. Ultimately, a lot of this will depend on who ends up transferring out. Nebraska needs to cut a lot of their roster with the 105-man limit coming.
We are probably look for about 8-10 bodies in the transfer portal. Probably your points ork, but I do think they take a tackle or two to fill out some depth.
Dana was the big difference maker. For him getting back into coaching and for the huskers. Husker offense was decent at times but has been below average all season. He didnt do against the best teams, but he also didn't have the best talent either and still got his offenses to the top 5 every year. 44ppg that is average for Dana. Dana being at Nebraska and getting some good production out of the offense is going much more attractive for recruits and transfers Transfers, i dont think they will get much. With the new roster size, Nebraska has to cut 40 guys, and most of the P4 schools will, too. The transfer portal will be overloaded. I do think they will get a few guys, if they can find a good fit and if they are all conference type guys. But i think they feel good about the guys they got and another wave of a top 20 recruiting class. Maybe DL or 2 to go with van popple and Judy, another DB. They could use another big WR.
There’s addressing pieces that need to be addressed and there flipping the entire roster over. Both strategies work, just one is sustainable while the other gives you one good year

Pass D is the worst area on the team. Hartzog, Gifford and recently Hill seem to get beat a lot.
GO BIG REDDD
Happy Thanksgiving to yalll!
Love the info! keep it up brother!
Would love to get some of these guys, but idk if it’s realistic for us to get them.
Money talks

id say we need to target our secondary

Number one priority is CB’s
They need o-line.
Nebraska is going to win the off-season.
Front 7 on D some more pieces
Font 7 for sure. Just need some more depth
DT DBs OL
I’d add one WR to the list as well
I don’t think them are realistic options for them to land
L😅😅😅😅😅l Mat was talking trash bout coach Prime now he's following PRIME blueprint 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Really 🤔
Not following a blueprint if you beat him. Guess primes blueprint wasn't that good.
There's a difference between 8 players and 20+ players.
@@TheHuskerGeno agree, Nebraska's not changing academic rules to get players in either
