Jake being a minor and being hired to work as assistant to the CEO of FAZ Corp is kind of funny considering others were pretty much battling for the position and they were like, "this is my life now I guess."
in the beginning after vendi did his speech, one of the dancing NPCs looks like Jericho, idk if thats just me but i thought it was kinda funny

Happy scary spooky season. I see a lot of familiar old faces in the background. Surprised to hear a lot about Jake’s backstory and that he could’ve end up at Freddyland or Mall, he definitely lucked out, also what is was that, with analog glitches at 17:23 and 17:38. What are guys implying if at all really? Getting onto Pluto I think Pluto needs to calm down and see what happens next and realize what they did by joining Fazbear’s for betterment of everything at Wonderheart and hope they realize it too.
In 17:24 I think it could be 2 things scents it's at the right side where a black bar is 1 could be a code or 2 an link to an video as for 17:38 that I don't know to be quiet honest here

Everybody looks so handsome/pretty I like this episode. What was with the glitch when Jake was talking
The whole glitch thing with Jake has to do with his lore from his PopGoes series so if you watch at least the main lore episodes of that it should give a bit of an explanation of what it was about (and from what I know the PopGoes series is still on hold but he is still playing as Jake as more of a side character, and apparently more of his lore/story is still being given in other people's videos, but even with it on hold I still do recommend watching it as it is a genuinely good series).

It has to do with Jake's lore so to understand you'd probably have to watch at least some of his PopGoes series to understand. (I would outright explain what it meant if it wasn't spoilers but it kinda is so yeah-)
