So He's Back... (My Experience With Pome Noggan)

UPDATE: Mango himself has now confirmed that he is the one running Pome Noggan through a stream on the Pome Noggan channel. So all the "allegations" present in this video are now just truths.
I know I said I wouldn't talk about the MangoPengo situation anymore, but after recent suspicions against a Touhou dubbing channel, Pome Noggan, I felt the need to talk about this situation. I don't feel right just letting Mango, or at least someone who's heavily associated with him, worm their way into this community.

None of this is definitive proof, but very likely suspicions due to an overwhelming amount of evidence. I felt that a warning was necessary given their actions in my server.
