Because when Hanuman asked Rama what is the shortest route to Moksha, he advised him to read Mandukya Upanishad, the smallest of all upanishads but most powerful of others. He said "Mandukya ekam ebalam, mumukshu nama bimuktaye". Or else read the entire series of all Upanishads. I have read it thoroughly with commentaries of Swami. Lokeswarananda and it has changed my entire materialistic outlook.
