What I have to say is no exaggeration, these words are raw ,real and from the heart . I'm typing through tears. I have no idea what I just witnessed here, but it shook my core! I played a performance by her for my Mom (my whole family is sucked in btw 😊) at one point she literally grabbed her arm and said "My heavens the goosebumps! ". I hope she knows how much she means to all of us! This performance was phenomenal! edited to say: It has been brought to my attention by a dear Filipino fan friend of mine, that one of my words means something totally different in Tagalog 😂 (specifically the word "dang it") in English it is a word used to avoid swearing , this performance was that intense tho) just needed to add that clarification 😀 continue with your binge of this insane performance ☺
This is what separates Filipino singers from other singers. They put emphasis on storytelling. A Filipino singer who doesn't tug your heart is not considered a great singer.
