    I just started using this software a week ago. This cut my processing time by hours per session. Really allowed me to be able to get a full session to client delivery within a 24hr period. Make sure you learn the masking tool function. Had to use it for several small areas. But, has put my processing to reach plaid speed. Now, I can get back to what I really want to do more than retouching so much.

    I've been loving this software and, yes, love that they update it often. Flyaway-hair removal would be a great addition as well as being able to add catchlights (like Portrait Pro) would be nice to have when needed. I also love the speed of this program. Just wish it didn't use the credit-based pricing model...

    I've used Portrait Professional for years. This tool looks similar. Do you have any experience with it to compare the two? I like how you were able to drop new/different backgrounds in. Does it have the ability to upload new backgrounds into a shot? Like could you drop a high res file of the Gamecock logo into the program and use it as a background??

      I've used Portrait Pro for several years, until recently, and can definitely say that I prefer the results of Evoto. PP has slightly more control in a few areas (i.e. catchlights, expressions) but, overall, the results aren't nearly as good and Evoto's user experience is much faster and smoother, IMO.

    Hi Q!!! i miss your videos. i bought 5 of your Pro Light mods so far! looking to get the circular mods soon! Ive had Envoto installed on my computer more than a month ago and like you mentioned, after a while, i stopped using it, so your video brought me back to it, and yes man it does really good!! The only concern i have is that it charges per export, so that means if i did a photoshoot, like say for instance, like the shoot you are using for this video, you look like you have at least 50-60 images, and when you export, thats 50-60 tokens used. So imagine a wedding photographer having 100-200 or more images to export. Basically, you will potentially be paying for this software many times over because of the amount of images being exported. some shoots could be 1200 images, thats 83$ and then you have to buy tokens again, i think that may well be the ONLY push back to why people wouldn't invest too heavily into this software. could i be missing something to say all of this? hope to see more videos from you soon!!

      Totally understand but I hope said photographer is charging for the retouching and that's where the time saved really comes in.

      You are missing a huge point. It was simply not possible to do such editing as a wedding photographer because it was too time consuming for what you can charge. Now you only raise your price bei 100$ for high end routching (you could make a bundle for that) and your clients will be blown away. Also if you buy other AI tools like retouch4me you would spend 1000$ or so to have sake functionality. Does this pricing appeal more to you? Also other people have most of the time already Photoshop and capture one subscription running and do not want to add another subscription for a tool they use now and then. It is the perfect pricing.

    Do you have to work with "raw" files? Can Evoto be used for jpeg images?

    AI is getting to the level to where we can start to expect it to analyze the image when batch adjusting by preset- say it’s make up adjustments- based on the individual face and use that to adjust the makeup based on contrast/blemishes for EACH image individually. Does this software do any level of this? Thanks for sharing

    • @QuantzPhoto
      @QuantzPhoto  Рік тому +1

      Yes I believe it is. You can sync the preset on a set of images and then look through them before exporting to double check.

    With that crazy credit pricing scheme, open your wallet to if you edit & export a large number of images....Prior to paying these prices, I will enjoy the images taken right out of My camera.

      If you aren’t being paid for your photography then no it probably isn’t worth it.

    The sales pitch wasn’t so subtle. :). Portrait photographers take hundreds of pictures wedding photographers even thousands sometimes. So over $80 you have to pay for 1200 exports. But let’s say for example you have 300 pictures as a part of something and you realize that white balance wasn’t correct and there were some other issues so you have to run the whole thing again There goes 300 credits again You were talking about for software. You only use two times. I hope not buying a software to use hope people do more research than that But I’m not favoring this kind of charging And there’s money that feel the Specially, when you have to redo things which happens quite often Ware is not smart enough to realize that you have already exported it and will then let you export again with some minor changes That would’ve been acceptable
    But anyway, otherwise a good video But I think they really need to consider their payment structure

      Just sharing my experience with the software. To each their own but I actually prefer the credit method over a monthly fee in this case when I'm not using a software on a daily basis.
