Al finds out and tries to take on Vox but, without his microphone, his powers have been halved in terms of strength. And he has to work together with Charlie if they both want to escape alive. This would open up the potential for Al to actually start opening up to Charlie and accepting her help.

Istg 2:03 was actually legit perfect, while at the start Vox was tormenting and making fun of Alastor but then you see a sudden switch in personality as he shows anger and discontent while talking about Alastor’s past while ridiculing him but showing empathy at the same time as all Alastor can do in the situation is smile as he is repetitively beaten and tormented up to the point where Vox breaks into insanity leading to his demise.
I would LOVE an episode with charlie and vox, with him initially trying to come off as helpful (he's a businessman, and very charismatic) but once they get to talking and alastor comes up, vox shows more of his true colors and becomes increasingly manic Idk I'd LOVE to see how charlie interacts with someone like him
If it was a normal cane, I don’t think he would be too shocked considering Alastor is intelligent and doesn’t let his guard down easy. There’s also minor details in the fight also supporting the fact it holds power.
Details supporting it: -At the start, he impacts the ground with the staff, causing some green fire to spit out and releases tentacles behind his back -He also moves the staff in the direction the tentacles are about to go And if you think both of those are merely for style, then listen to the 3rd detail. -Alastor says, “Fuck”, when it breaks. Alastor swearing only happens when he’s genuinely pissed, or in this case, shocked. The only other times he uses it is for comedic purposes, which is not happening right now. Also not pissed right now, sense again, why would he be pissed about a staff when there’s a massive fight going on between them.
With Charlie and Vox being my two favorite characters, I would KILL to see this become canon- I need more content of both of them, but just seeing them interact would be wonderful, even though they will absolutely hate one another

Charlie sees photo of Vox and pesters Alister, Alister takes said photo and burns it like how burnt the peace of fabric from Sir penteous. This makes Charlie curious trying to find out why their relationship is so sour. Eventually leading her to Vox for answers only to be lead into a trap.
Though she already learned about boundaries and if the second season as the same length. I think it would be best if it was to learn about his past or a deal he might have made. Not really on trying to help him through his relationship.
It’s one thing that is accurate to the show is that, much like with Valentino, Charlie’s morals and empathy prevent her from stepping in when she could fairly easily kick Vox’s Ass.
I didn't think it would initially but this song SO FITS!! It not only fits Vox as a villain but perfectly encapsulates a scene we could get in s2 where Alastor begrudgingly protects Charlie, opening up on more his rivalry/history with Vox, and also gives Vox the opportunity to get the upper hand. I like that Vox deliberately went for the area Alastor was attacked by Adam in episode 8, showing he's still weakened from it! Loooove this, amazing job!!

This song makes so much sense for Vox and Al! Vox being a TV means he's been constantly changing with the times, TV gets better and better, screens get bigger and pixels get smaller. If you walk into any store that sells TV's you'll see just how insane the quality is on them. Meanwhile, Radio is not really being made better as time goes on. We still have radio, but most people now either do podcasts--which you listen to on your phone or tablet--or they stream/make videos. Radio is not quite as "Shiny" as TV. Then there's the premise of the song itself. Tomatoa in the original taunts Maui about how he wants people's love and attention but was deserted by those he love. Flip that onto Alastor and we can take it as his mother dying early on leaving him alone, then he dies and gets to hell and gets all this power but hes still extremely guarded about his innermost feelings. Charlie in her innocence and naivete may be the only one Alastor would trust with his feelings IF he ever decided to share them. She's the only one incapable of using them against him.
The pacing on this is AMAZING! And something Hazbin Hotel related that is "family friendly" enough to show my nephew has made him stop asking about it which was a delightful boon. He loved the inclusion of Moana. It's really the PERFECT song for Vox.
All he did was remind of her of the harsh things that happened to her friends like Pentious’s second death, and Angel and Husk still being tied to Overlords

I can totally see this happening next season. Vox saw alastor get injured with Angrlic weaponry which doesn’t heal so it’s likely he’ll try to use this to kill his most likely weakened foe forcing Charlie to step in with her demonic powers to protect her friend.
Holy shit this is amazing. How am I 4 days late, all of a sudden my recommended showed this but why not before?! This is OUTSTANDING and I can see it happening in the show. I always imagined Vox singing this song, now I get to see it animated! I hope something like this happens in season 2, this is for sure my favrote Hazbin Hotel song animatic ever! This is going into my special playlist! I'm also giving a sub and turning on notifications just for this. If Vox were to die at any point in season 2 or the future, I hope it's like this. 2:33 Is really fun because in my eyes, It's Vox speaking French to Alastor knowing he grew up in New Orleans and Alastor (A fannon thing) spoke French. So partially it's Vox making fun of him for growing up and now *going down* , And then it's also partially sad because he's reflecting on their friendship that's ended. Alastor probably told Vox about his ability to speak French, and with this part it would mean Vox truly was interested in Alastor as a friend and listened to him. He viewed Alastor as a true friend and not just somebody he was going to add to the Vees.
