The explanation is good but the music has to go lmao The music could also be a corporate background music or motivational sound. Listening to the explanations with yout current music gives me off feeling hahah

Then they will say this job requires people who know how to drive big cars and know locations of the city this is job analysis Then what is Job design going to be?
@@anawa7edminalnass206 So in terms of the bus drivers position, say if you are the HR manager tasked to fill an application for the bus driver you do the job analysis and job design together (not subsequently as you pointed you). The job analysis is mainly for you to get the best candidate who can do the job correctly, so in this you correctly pointed out that the employee should know to drive big cars and know locations of the city....now in order to make the employee successful you would do a job design which is give the employee comfortable seats, ensure that the employee does not work long hours to eliminate fatigue or get into an accident, give him good cars with good power steering so he doesnt hurt his arms driving the cars all day, arrange a radio for him to enjoy his job while driving....Makes sense - Please dont hesitate to reach out to me for anything else...
