I loved seeing how everyone peer pressured Candiace, grilled her and she still came through with her talent and had them all shook. She did that.
Peer pressuring an aspiring singer to sing? If she wants to be a performer, she has to get used to singing on demand. Even if people are hoping you fail, you still have to have confidence in your talent.

That is true. It’s harder for independent artists/ or signed to independent labels to get charted and receive airplay. For example, back in the day most dance music artists were on independent labels (unless they came from Europe where it’s more mainstream). When their tracks crossed over from the dance charts to the Billboard Top 40, Top 100, or even the Top 200 album charts, even if it was in the middle toward the lower end of the charts, they were considered highly successful. If their videos got played on MTV2 or even MTV even better.

I can say MOST people would have crumbled from the pressure of someone you love being hella shady to you, your cast pressuring you, dozens of people in the background staring at you, & knowing you’re on national television.
