I don’t think people understand. What he’s showing and teaching on UA-cam for free to the world, you had to be fortunate enough to have a personal trainer in order to show you these key techniques that separated star players from the rest. Respect this man 🤟🏾.
Exactly, athletes (or their parents) pay good money for this. Most guys won’t ever have a coach or trainer to teach them these things.

Honestly love these videos ross. Helping these kids out and giving them that precise coaching down to their foot placement and the way they swing their arms. EVERYTHING is crucial to get off the line from body movement to the tip of their toes. Glad you're out here grinding giving these athletes advice and like you said they already know 1, 2, and 3 when it comes to playing but it's the little details you analyze that makes their movements that much nicer. Actually, had me go back a few times to notice the change in their movements when you corrected them. Iron sharpens Iron brotha keep it up!
