- This is the Walmart Neighborhood Market located on the corner of Clarcona-Ocoee Road and Pine Hills Road in Northwest Orlando. I filmed this video in early December, 2020.

@@rickmathis8590 Well, the isles are usually full of pallets, so it's difficult to get around. The store is usually crowded, and the last time I was there with my wife, a guy started yelling at her before pushing her. He was arrested, not for attacking my wife but robbing someone in the parking lot. My wife is the sweetest person I've ever known. She didn't say anything to the guy.
@@OrlandoStreets I can definitely see why, then. Certainly doesn't seem like the place to go to, for sure. Sad when those sorts of things happen, but Pine Hills itself has had a bad reputation for as long as I've known. Glad your wife wasn't seriously hurt.

Suncrest Village Publix will open July 16th. It was supposed to be July 14th but was delayed 2 days

Is this the Walmart that's closing and moving closer to 429?
That's the rumor. I've heard that crime is off the charts at this location.
@@OrlandoStreets I can see that. I saw the developer for the new Walmart shopping center advertising the average family income of 80k for the new walmart. Seems kind of high
Not at all for that area. Winter Garden is pricey.
