EU4 World Conquest speedrun in 9.5 hours (w/commentary, glitchless, 1.36.2))

A new world conquest world record beating the former time of 9 hours and 39 minutes set as Austria (HRE vassal swarm) on patch 1.20.1 (uncapped absolutism).
This is not a one-tag WC but as per the achievement subjects do count.
I use the Ottoman Eyalet mechanics to create hundreds of subjects that, while they don't interact in wars, provide us with an abundance of money and manpower. This is crucial for any EU4 campaign, but in a real time speedrun it's absolutely essential to never have to worry about min-maxing.
I still think a lot of time can be shaved off this run - at least an hour. I commend any EU4 gamer with a love for speedrunning to give it a go.
