36:01 this judge is so biased. He will never grant a Mistrial ; he is lazy and will never admit his wrongdoing. ATL is money hungry, they want this case to go to Court of Appeals
b4 you point out judge's biasness you have to take into account your own. If you're biased, even if the judge is impartial, you will view him as biased
a mistrial waste more time and more money. prob why he doesn’t want a mistrial. also if he was to recuse himself, that leaves the door open for yet another mistrial and an option to appeal right after. judges also tend to be more lenient with prosecutors. all state workers especially in ATL.
You just a thug fan and don’t want the evidence to be shown.

And Walter Murphy didn't even shoot him. He would have had to lean over the driver and the driver would have had to lean way back for that to happen. It was the back passenger who did it. Murphy should not have even been out there with that stupid move he did and should have been punished, but at least get it right as to who actually shot the man.
