Hands down no competition here! The versatility is awesome. Better arrangement of the music too. The clarity of Dalton voice, his Vibrato and transitions are off the chain. Dalton is effortless, making it seem so easy but it really is not. Nuff said. Good effort by Vincint though. . Better Stage Presence by Dalton too.
Two great performances. I watched both separately before. For me I love how Dalton uses his voice creatively. He has a better range. I give Dalton the edge in stage presence. His voice carries more emotions. He looked and sound believable! Yes Dalton was at one with the song. Of the two Dalton didn't appear as if he was aware of the judges. He was lost in the song and so was the audience.

Yes i agree. Dalton's rendition made me want to hug him. Vincent's made me want to root for him as in he had overcome and it was if Dalton was in transition. He hadn't overcome yet.
I love both performances. 💖 When Vincint's performance went viral months ago, I was one of the viewers who watched it repeatedly...Couldn't hear it enough. He put such a heartfelt yet edgy twist on the song...I believed him. I felt for him. I credit Vincint with inspiring Dalton's rendition of Creep (they used the same arrangement). I credit Dalton with doing what he always does...He made the song his own with his vocal inflections that tug at listeners' heart strings and tap dance on tear ducts...(He was my X Factor winner in authenticity and vocal prowess from his interview and 1st note at his audition months before)...And at the end of Creep, I wanted to hug him like a protective big sister...That's the kind of unspoken bond Dalton fosters with his appreciative listeners. So comparing his singing to anyone else's would always have family bias. Lol Bravo to both of them for telling us, in song, a vulnerable story about each of their lives. 💖

Dalton's overall performance is simply off the charts. Transitions, vibrato, nuances and crazy head voice (falsetto) - unmatched. Dalton's much more effortless and natural. Vincent started off really nice but not as good in the transitions.
I think Dalton Harris is more passion passionate than his opponent you could feel the heart and emotion in the depths so it's not that the other guy is not good I couldn't feel that passion with his version but I did feel felt Dalton's emotions you could actually see that himself was feeling the music as well and because of that energy connect with you he's truly great person it's truly a great singer there's nothing in the world could go wrong keep it up the other time you are shining star in Jamaican culture
Radiohead's Creep is one of my all time favourites. Over the last years i heard a lot of renditions and unfortunately i hated those deeply. Most singers sang 'I'm a creep' but behaved like 'I'm sexy and i know it'. Until Dalton's renditions. He seemed to suffer, like Thom Yorke suffered during the original performance, and it really caught me. Dalton does a very best job, Vincint doesn't at all. Sorry for the honesty, i don't doubt Vincint's ability as a singer. To me music is all about triggering emotions. Some singers do, some singers don't. It's just very personal
I thought that they both did an excellent job. They both had my attention from start to end, but for me, I connected more with Dalton's version of CREEP. For me, it was as if Dalton was taking me on a journey with him from his emotional interpretation and it felt REAL as if I was with him from start to finish, so its was like we both were experiencing the same thing while going through this Journey. HOWEVER With Vincent, I did felt his emotions with this song but I was not on the Journey with him. It felt like he was telling me what had transpired and how he felt while on this journey. IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. That's what I got from it but they both are exceptional performers.

Vincent is a fine singer and his version was excellent. But I keep thinking about how Dalton said on the X Factor show how he waited seven years before entering in order to perfect his craft, and it all shows here. His stylistic choices, his ability to intersperse his falsetto embellishments, his power in holding out the big note that gets you off your feet. Dalton is just a magnificent singer, performer, and artist. And, as you have seen (and heard) all of his earlier work from Jamaica is excellent as well. Very versatile. I can only hope that he has a long career ahead of him.

Love Dalton! No one alive can touch him vocally. If "they" handle his career right and he gets with the right writers, producers that have his best interests at heart (he literally can sing anything and make it an instant hit) then we are looking at the next legend! He will be up there with all the greats- MJ, Prince, Bono & Whitney just to name a few on a very short list of the greatest to have EVER done it! There are many singers, there are even fewer amazing singers and Vincent is one of them! Dalton is good, but let's face it... Vincint did it first. Dalton just copied his performance. Vincint didn't rely on tricks like white hair color, contact lenses or heavily used falsettos and long runs. That singing style is ONLY USED on reality TV like X-Factor, The Voice, American Idol and such. You don't hear that on professional albums (often). And also Vincint is an unsigned amateur while Dalton was signed TWICE in Jamaica. With all of that factored in, Vincint did it better.
The avenue for both presentations were obviously better. Vicint was trying to impress in a classical way but dalton was more agressive for me and dalton is already a singer. The delivery is very different.

Dalton. Vincint is good, very good, but Dalton's atristry is simply on a whole other level. Not only technically, not just emotionally, but because of an "otherworldliness" and vulnerability in his singing, his performances touch the listener's inner soul in a way I don't think I've encountered ever before.

Yea... Dalton has a voice that is in it's own league at this point. Vincent is good... I like his version..... but Daltons voice and his notes are clear and not pushed out they float out....... Vincent also cuts his notes off. or pulls back...because they are not. sustainable for him.

For me each time you switched over to vincent's I crave starvishly for Dalton's...need I say more? Good afternoon Mr Prince Weasley i would just like to know when are you going to do the comparison video between Johnny Manuel singing I have nothing by Whitney Houston at his audition on the Americas Got Talent competition 2017 and Dalton Harris singing this same song on the x factor 2018 competition. I am really interested to hear your opinion as to which of these two singers did a better job of singing this song and the reason why this person came out on top.

Both were very good but i think Dalton vocal was better, his clarity, transitions, different ranges was effortless.

Yea... Dalton has a voice that is in it's own league at this point. Vincent is good... I like his version..... but Daltons voice and his notes are clear and not pushed out they float out....... Vincent also cuts his notes off. or pulls back...because they are not. sustainable for him.

For me each time you switched over to vincent's I crave starvishly for Dalton's...need I say more? Its just that Daltons voice does unimaginable things to my entire being when he sings😖😖😖...his coolnest, his stage presence, his vacal acrobats, his enchantingly soothing voice 😍😍😍 look here in my book no one else comes close.
