I'm trying to knock this guys because they sound good; I think it's just become some sort of standard and cats go along with it. Like I said, maybe the drummer needs it cuz it's hard for him to hear the rest of the band.

This band is amazing. A benefit of IEM system where 20 years ago it was impossible to get this kind of sync unless a good time of rehearsal together.
