The spectators thought it was cool. They are still rather underwhelming to me.
They are a tool, great for killing a radio or maybe vehicle if placed properly.
@@fuqutube
Hmmm kinda like what some of us had to do in SWA over the years one on radio one on engine.
It's used to weld railway tracks.
@@ChevTecGroup Because they don't want people to realize that that is exactly how the Twin Towers were brought down on 9-11-2001‼️

You seem oddly well versed in the subject...
PLEASE NOTE: There is no cook-off time! Do not let your Platoon LT handle these, as the Oakley gloves that they were wearing, have now become a permanent part of their hand.
No theres a leaver that u hold before pulling the pin, after u pull the pin it wont start its cook till you let go of the leaver.
@@buckfordy4526Ya, once ya die flies off it starts the timer which can vary but is quite consistent .
@@buckfordy4526that still means no cook off time
I’d like a couple of these for my no pay HVAC customers
Iron oxide (rust) and aluminum. 3:1
Pretty great at burning out stubborn stumps
Then you'd end up in lots of legal hot water😂
love the first aid kit on his hip at the ready!
Love how it made day look like night.

Lmao looks like this dude really likes his beer and wings
i am sure you had to twist his arm. lol
Tons of torture was needed lol
Thermite burned so hot fuckin took the sun out
No detailed aftermath... That's sad =/
The plate, the plate, the plate is on fire! (We don't need no water...) Great video guys!
So... what does the plate look like after it cooled down?
burned, probably.
Someone has never gotten burned by one of those haha
Can you test if explosives stop a bullet?
For example shoot a cup of tannerite with a gun, put some wood boards behind it and see how deep it penetrated.
Then compare the results to a cup of unmixed tannerite and see if it makes a difference.
(This would make a lot of contend with different explosives or shaped charges insted of bullets. )
That is a really cool idea!
These dudes have way better explosives than tannerite though.
@Cambron Gabaree Where does it say that it does not explode? We want it to explode, thats the point of the test,to see if the explosion makes a difference.
@Cambron Gabaree Yeah, but A small cup vs 30 cm of wood boards clamped togeter with a little space in between shouldnt break them, maybe throw them back a little.
Last time I was this early I ended up regretting it for the next 18 years.
That's why when you are going in heat, you pack your meat.
Got use a couple of these on a humvee engine block. Fun stuff!
Question: Is it safe to look at the bright part of thermite? I'm just wondering if it is just as bright as the welding torch and whether it is safe to stare at.
Not at all. Especially when dark as your pupils are adapted to low light. Will def cause eye burn.
That some 9/11 stuff right there..
True…
You’re telling me they leveled the building with thermite 🤣🤣
@PomegranateJuiceSmoothie they sure did.
I was gonna say, that looks Hella like the smoke that kept coming out of the towers, even when the fires died down at the corners you can see it at min. 15,35 in the Ben Riesman 9/11 video.
@@PomegranateJuiceSmoothie No thermite or thermate ?? Min 15. 35 Ben Riesman 9 11 video. Like a minute before collapse/destruction.
Aahhh, the memories...
I was a munitions systems specialist in a combat munitions unit. 😊
Something they should have used in aphganinstan if they're not taking the equipment
When I first heard about that I was pretty surprised we were able to fuck that up. I mean after the soviets leaving behind all their shit you'd think it wouldn't happen again but nah, now we gave them free modern gear.
Brandon was under contract to do a resupply for them. So another Country can get more of our technology.
What are you talking about they took the coil wires and ignition keys with them as well as letting all of the air out of the tire's all of that equipment was unsalvageable👍
@@DB-yj3qcthat’s the most realistic explanation I’ve heard yet .
It’s obvious what Ukraine was buyin,
China got massive rare earth mines, nuclear launch site previews , tariff relief, farmland ,and god know what’s else
Russian oligarchs got to evade sanctions for their buyoffs.
Did Iran and Taliban have ppl “buying art”??????
Them we’re those undisclosed painting purchasers weren’t they?
Looks like the twin towers
I remember making Thermite for the first time when I was 10....that was back in the early days of the internet when it was easy to order everything you needed offline
That's so sick. I need a case of these.
Thermite grenades were designed to destroy secret equipment and papers in the event of possible capture by enemies. They were also used to destroy breeches of captured artillery
"Man I sure do love fireworks in the middle of our military camp"
Craig has a cool med pouch.
That would be interesting to light of on New years eve
Get a alumino thermit welding portion there in a tin with a sand wall and a weak spot in bottom for rail welding 10kgs in 1 tin
Me who thought thermites only existed in cod
I don't know why it reminded me of the Twin Towers.
Was that a 2 second timer? He held up three fingers like it was supposed to go off in 3 seconds, but that was definitely not 3 seconds
Breaking bad all over again
Like a man that knows hit bbq pit. He know when to walk away and not look back!
To think that the scorch shoots that but on a way larger scale scares me
Do they burn from the top up or the bottom down?
Top notch, Jake
I don’t know much, but I know not to stick my tongue on the orange part!
It may look like it didn't do much but I'm sure that's 500 steel plate fairly strong.
Wtf is happening in this video and the comments is this a portal to the country of internet?
I'm assuming you can't order these from anywhere unless your a dealer
My Grandpa would have known all about this
Mfw You guys are legit playing with thermite grenades Meanwhile in my country they just banned gel blasters (3 years jail for possessing one) and are now planning on banning NERF guns 😭😭🥺🥺
🇺🇸
Lol now you see why we push back so hard against gun control. Because the governments will never be satisfied with taking just your “assault rifles”. That’s just how it starts. They want it all. It’s not even about guns specifically. It’s not even about saving lives. It’s about government control. The gel blaster & nerf guns ban proves that. Nothing to do with saving lives just the government showing you who daddy is and you better not even imagine disobeying them with even a fake gun.
@@Mr_Glock19 exactly
Our country has banned bottle rockets, but not thermite

Almost exactly. Sparklers usually have barium nitrate as well which is found in thermite's angry brother thermate.

Well thermite legally allow to make shotgun shells
That fuse was decently short
That stuff is nasty. I love it. Looking forward to the Mother of all Pipe Bombs going off.
Wow is it just me but after he lit it off, it's like it automatically went to night-time. Obviously the aftermath was night-time
I can think of 10 things I would like to do with some of those right this very second.
Ya know it's pretty easy to make homemade thermite, I mean not as easy as napalm but the recipe ain't the biggest.
There a kid down the street from me with a riced out Honda that I wouldn't mind introducing this to his motor but the way he overreves that shit box I probably only have a few more days to deal with it
How about you guys showing us the end result?
Ah yes, the ALS Flame Bucket Challenge.
Did it pierce through?
Nah. It just warped it. The shape charge punched right through like it was nada. I'm working on the videos now.
That's a spicy meatball!
Really good for Hardpoint!
Instant bonfire.
During the D-Day invasion, US Rangers used them on German artillery cannons to render them unusable.
Wow I didn't know that. Thanks for the info! How did they manage to get close enough to plant them? Or did they just throw them until one stuck?
@@toxicgracie3772 They took the artillery sites, used the thermite grenades, and moved on.
