I have been doing deep breathing saying Yeshuah on the inhale and ha Maschiach on the exhale for about three months. Three weeks ago I realized that I had not used my asthma inhaler for two days. A medication I have used 4 or more times a day since childhood. I still haven’t needed it. The breathing of Jesus is very powerful. Asthma left with no loud demands, no bells and whistles. Just quiet departure because He Lives.

The enemy still suggests I may need to use the inhaler after all, sometimes accompanied by symptoms. My response so far has been more breathing. I stand amazed that this asthma departure happened unnoticed by me until later. I think there may be a lesson here. One of more rest and leaning, (and breathing Jesus) and less focus on dealing with evil. More like relationship is key, rather than formula.

Ok I’m that nerd that can’t help comment two in a row; at the point where I began to love my body I felt Jesus’ love SO strong and began to cry, it’s like something broke off when I said my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit 🙌🏽😭🙌🏽 I got powerful deliverance from this WOW! HALLELUYAH!!

Lyndsey! I have good news for you! …I also had wanted this music to go on for hours after Justin had brought us to the end of the video clip…this is SUCH a great & peaceful background song. I had heard it before (because i play ambient instrumentals & frequency music all day long in my house to permeate the atmosphere) but I have been trying to find it again & was unsuccessful until just tonight. My husband has an app called Shazam that will “listen” to a clip & tell you what the song is. I found a few seconds of Justin’s video that was just the music & it found it! And even better than just the name if it, I found a black screen 10 hour version on UA-cam 🥳🥳🥳…if interested in the 10 hour, type into UA-cam search bar: -BLACK SCREEN -Deep Blue-Delta Waves-10 HOURS! By the channel ‘restful sleeping sounds’…the song is called deep blue delta sinus by Ookean. 💗 or you can loop 🔁 the song on a pc…I’m thankful for the 10 hour version though because i listen to frequency music while i sleep on my phone while it’s on the nightstand charging overnight 😆 but my phone will not loop songs. I had made a comment a few months ago that I would bring my 19 year old doggie Pouchie into the meditation with me. On 11/11/23, she passed. I was very sad, because I prayed she would be like Enoch be so filled with Light she wouldnt die but instead go through a portal.
It took several weeks before I could listen this meditation because of the grief in oneness loss.
I now can listen to it again.
We are preparing for a new little one and I plan on bringing hom into this meditation.
Pouchie first name was Teddy, I was her third home and that was the second name so I kept that her name.
This new little one will be named Teddy Enoch Shir.
Teddy in honor of Pouchie.
Enoch because Enoch walked closely with God
And Shir means song in Hebrew.
Pouchie loved Hashem very much and walked in her healing gift, fulfilled her destiny.
Thank you for this meditation and blessing her the last few years of her life. 🙏💕💓

This blessed me today. I’ve been thinking for the past couple days, Justin, that I wish I could find some guided meditation stuff from you and I couldn’t find anything. I’ve wanted to go further and deeper in the Lord and I decided to listen to an old video from you today called walking with angels and you spoke about whatever we honor we attract and then you posted this 4 minutes before I saw it. This is a great for centering yourself in the Lord to go higher in Him. Thank you for this

Last night I felt as well “I really would love to go deeper in spirit if Justin were only to release a guided meditation.” Several hours later it pops out.

I love meditation. I do this almost everyday. I feel great right after. It’s a different experience with God every time. Thank you for this . Christians need to be taught this . They are afraid if it because they been brain wash to thinking it’s bad.

Im a Year late but im doing this while homeless in my truck as a prophet in a healing process and i have just been able to start my journey of healing and the lord was highlighting so much Revelation to me yesterday and I'm combating cptsd from all the trauma and the Lord man has been speaking about soaring as the eagle versus flapping in the wind rising above into the glory and then how love is sacrificial and then when he called me to be a man after his own heart it wasn't in the sense of the human heart of Jesus but the Heavenly heart of the father that is unconditional love OMG I'm going to see your profit and I have just been having such a window and open door opener but also healing and that's what I'm pursuing in the season is divine redemption and healing soul body and spirit I've got a lot of work to do.
