- This super unique townhouse is the last of a dying breed of apartment. Its got multiple floors, outdoor space, and a HUGE basement. Literally, its better than any luxury apartment, but unfortunately those shoebox buildings are replacing these classic townhouses.

Loved Henry and his property. It was very expensive but spacious with quality appliances and finishes. The exterior spaces were lovely as well. The apartment itself was so much better than others you've shown at similar pricing but I got the feeling the neighborhood it was in was pretty sketch based on the graffiti and knowing what type of stores are located in what areas. Whoever designed that apartment needs to do projects in better neighborhoods because that apartment was great.
Finally a nicely done backyard! This has got to be the nicest renovated townhouse in Bedstuy for rent!

This place is a bargain for $6500. Massive place and everything is perfect. There’s no reason to waste $6500 on a small 1-2 bedroom penthouse no elevator in west/east village when this gem in Brooklyn exists
That was a beauty! Tons of space, so clean & the outdoor space was wonderful.
I will never live in NYC and it’s unlikely I’ll be travelling there anytime soon being a Londoner, but everyday I’m on UA-cam looking for my daily fix of Cash’s videos. The highlight of my day!🥳

This is a perfect place for a family! The outdoor area is perfect. It's totally worth the price! Very nice indeed. Blessings to all.

This might be the best apartment I've seen for roommates, esp with the prices units are going for these days. On top of it, the price is pretty good per room too. Tons of space, a basement that screams movie theater, a nice outside, great storage, on and on and on. Great video as always!
If I had to live in NYC and could afford it, this would be the place to be. This is so roomy and private. Love the outdoor area.
Townhouses in New York especially Brooklyn have always been the best bargain. Folks like you & Charles showcase the best ones .
When they are gone there is nothing left . I'm glad developers stopped slicing up spaces to make "illegal " apartments and made first floor apartments duplexes a great thing .
I Miss all of the chopped up Brownstones that gave Brooklyn especially Bedford Stuyvesant so much character. I said here before I owned a Brownstone on Vernon in the Late 80's and early 90's .
How do they get away with all these illegal apartments in NYC?

Like many others, I believe this is the best apartment shown on the channel. Price reflects the neighborhood. If I had the money, I would move in.
You’re wrong, the price doesn’t reflect the neighborhood it’s in. It is in one of the worst neighborhoods in all of NYC.
@@AdrienneMint disagree. BedStuy is no longer “Bed-Stuy do or die”. It started gentrifying in the 2000s and that’s reflected by all of the stores that are highlighted in the video. Obviously, it has its fair share of crime but so do other areas including affluent areas, such as the west village.
@@B_is_for_butter While I do think the price is fair, considering you'd be paying through the roof for a townhouse like this in the UES, I think you're missing the point. Even though the neighborhood is better than it was a few decades ago, the point remains that it's still "one of the worst neighborhoods in all of NYC." This particular home is across from a large homeless shelter and right next to Marcus Garvey Boulevard, which has pretty significant police activity all up and down the corridor. People with some street smarts should be fine, but occasional gunshots and robberies when the sun is down should be expected for the area.
Wow! $6500 is so worth it! Amazing renovations! High end finishes, large rooms, private huge backyard. What's not to love? Except the C train that up until just recently had the oldest subway cars in the whole system. Whoever rents this is getting a bargain!

This place is amazing! So much went into making it worth every penny. Its ezpensive but absolutely fabulous and spacious. Realistic closet space and well maintained.
That is a stunning townhouse and the backyard is really nice. If it can a parking space it would be perfection.
The fixtures, finishing everything is well done. Light and spacious too. I would live here. Whoever did this knew what they were doing.

Fantastic unit, and reasonable price for what you're getting. Outstanding outdoor space, with privacy for a change. Love this apt. If that was in Manhattan it would be double that rent.
The basement/cellar, I would turn it into a personal nightclub. That shiny floor definitely deserves a disco ball shimmering above it 😂

Okay... while I hated the faux wood flooring and the unit is a bit more modern than I would prefer... I LIKED THIS! If one had to rent then $6500/month is not bad for all of this space that is over 2000 sq. ft. Not bad at all! This one is a winner!
Texas here- you could buy a 4,000 square foot house with land to enjoy!

I’m an artist, and years ago when I wanted to move out of the Boston area (away from family guilts) I gave myself the choice of trying either NYC (early 90’s) or to go west….
I hate cold, and love horses, so Arizona it was! I still wonder where I’d be if I decided to stay east, like most of my art school friends ( many have amazing lofts / houses in the NYC area).
🤷♀️ ended up married to a Florentine scientist, so our urban time is when we visit family in Florence, so it ain’t all rattlesnakes and cactus 😂

Fantastic townhouse. With 3 roommates, the price is very affordable for a super sharp, fully renovated place.
Yay! Actual side by side washer and dryer, not crappy stackable. Only thing that would make it better is if they were on pedestals .

It’s actually Bedford-Stuyvesant, but your right is usually called , especially from us Brooklyners bed-stuy.

As fabulous as this place is, and even with a great backyard, I feel that anyone with the money to pay this high monthly rent, WILL NOT LIVE IN BEDSTUY. And I think you know this, Cash.

What a beautiful place! This is perfect for a family; I didn't even bat an eyelash at the rent because I think it's justified here.
On another note: how the h*ll can you find Gatorade so inexpensive? I pay $2.25 for one stinking bottle. Or $19/case when I'm flush, which isn't often. I had to do a 1am run to buy some because I've been down for the count with a stomach bug and early this morning I couldn't stand the thought of one more ounce of water. Sadly, it appears that green apple Gatorade has been replaced with a pineapple flavour. I picked up the familiar looking green bottle and almost spit it out. It wasn't good at all
If I were wealthy enough to afford this place (uhm, and wasn't Canadian) I wouldn't have to worry about running out of Gatorade.
Nice neighbourhood too. I'd be checking out all the food spots, minus Domino's, which I find repulsive, but just a bit less repulsive than Little Caesars.
