सारे उपाय है हमारी कानून व्यवस्था में लेकिन हमारे यहां की याने भारत की नपुंसक और घटिया न्याय व्यवस्था में बेल लेने के लिए तक किसी निर्दोष को 6 6 महीने का इंतजार करना पड़ता है जेल के अंदर सड़ना पड़ता है क्योंकि हमारी व्यवस्था में छुट्टियां इतनी है कि पूछो मत कोई भी त्यौहार पर कोर्ट बंद होता है शनिवार रविवार की छुट्टी अलग से इलेक्शन की छुट्टियां अलग से और मैटर इतने पेंडिंग रहते हैं कि आपका नंबर आते-आते कोर्ट का वक्त खत्म हो जाता है फिर मिलती है अगली तारीख अगली तारीख को भी यही हाल होता है और ऐसे ही तारीख पे तारीख मिलती रहती है जिसमें महीनों बीत जाते हैं... थू है ऐसी गंदी न्याय व्यवस्था पर

For quashing of FIR, Criminal Writ file hoti and Charge sheet quashing is under Section 482 CrPC
For quashing it's not writ petition. But it's criminal misc. (CRM M )Petition.
U could have also mentioned time duration for quashing an FIR.

You can apply a writ petition on the ground of 32 of Constitution of india . For violation of your right.
On the 482 of crpc only high court has a inherite power to quash any judgment , order ,decree .
On the other ground Article 136 of constitution. You can file a special leave petition. I hope you can understand

You should approach to senior officer of police department i.e. deputy superintendent, superintendent with all necessary documents. You can sent your complaint through the register post. Wait for response from this officers. if you realized that they aren't responding to you then you may approach to court and file an application praying that direction should be given to police officer to register FIR u/s 156(3) of cr.p.c

Sir I have a situation .
In a disputed land (where it has clearedly notified by the competent authority that Neither party will not do any activities on the subjected land.) Althought one party has constructed a building and subsequently another party has unrooted that building. Consequently first party has filed FIR against the second party stating that they have destroyed my property..
1.What are the remedies/rights available to second party?
2. How to quash that Fir?
3. What else anything could do second party against the first party.?
