Like how in all these cases where Trump has been released on his own recognizance pending trial. I bet that if you check in these documents for terms of condition of release, it states that the person shall not commit any criminal act.
Otherwise, their release on their own recognizance pending trial will be revoked, and they will be incarcerated (locked up) until their trial date. Plain and Simple!
I always thought that criminal contempt of court is committing a criminal act. Which Trump was found to have done! Not once but ten times now.
There was a neighbor in my neighborhood that was released on his own recognizance pending trial for embezzlement. But he got in a fight with a neighbor and the LEOs were called.
The next day the State Troopers showed up and hauled this man off to jail. See, his terms of condition of release had not been kept. So, his released on his own recognizance pending trial had been revoked!
Like what happens to most people released on their own recognizance pending trial and they break the law.
But how come Trump is not being locked up like everyone else would be?
