Don’t get me wrong, I loved PLL but they didn’t need to continue it like this. Why couldn’t they just stop after the last episode. I don’t like the idea of “The Perfectionists”. I love the original cast so much better.

they would be themselves if shes on the show The Perfectionists, sasha is still alison and janel is still mona. but i dont think lucy is in it, or any of they others since there all doing different things. life sentence isnt a spin off so thats why shes not aria
RebelGaming Because there are two shows: 1) Life sentence, which isn't PLL related, and Lucy plays Stella, 2) The Perfectionists, a PLL spin off in which Allison and Mona are played by the same actresses, Sasha and Janell, from PLL. Lucy's not in the cast off this show, at least for now.

There weren’t many people watching it unfortunately. Already after the first couple of episodes it was clear that it would get cancelled unless the ratings improved, and they didn’t.

No they couldn’t. Most of the actors felt that seven seasons was enough and wouldn’t have returned even if PLL had been renewed for an 8th season.
