Morris Minor Suspension Rebuild + Clean Oil Pan

Replaced all the existing rubber bushes in the Morris Minor with poly bushes. Not only did it stiffen and improved the ride, they will also last longer and improved the handling. I also took the oil pan off to clean the sludge out before renewing the oil and filter. It not a small task but the effort was well worth it.

Thanks for this video.
It made it real easy to do this myself. Though the cup on the lower wish bone was stuck, so it got a few extra (light) hits with the hammer to free it up)

Do tou have any Whitworth tools? I think that would help you as morries are half imperial and half Whitworth.

I have regular imperial tools but not really any whitworth spanners or sockets that are useful. Kinda just junk that I somehow ended up with.

ESM or Charles wares has everything! Delivery for big orders to NZ is a pain but still works out cheaper than buying here. I was dreading the dampers and trunnion job. Doing body work to my minor currently in Welly!
