If traveler's portal is a time and space portal, it could happen. Destiny 3: Collapse. But nah, it's kinda like, we already know what happened, they better make it good writing like Red Dead 2, that goes back in time, but writes the old characters so much better
Why do I feel like Drifter is about to go thru a character arc? He seems a lot more cooperative with the Vanguard than normal. He's also showing some deviations from his usually scheming, charming personality that we usually pick up from him when our Guardian engages in conversation.
Had a feeling Ahsa was a worm god. She keeps talking about origins, being used, and a few other things. Sounded like she was talking about the corruption of the three hive sisters, not the Witness.
I hated the Drifter before this season, right now I'm enjoying his presence. To me, it seems like he knows something about Sloane, and I said it before, it feels like an Osiris/Savathun type of scenario.
Drifter: "Yeah I know who I am, I know what I did. Your beloved Light Bearing Guardian is using the darkness and the light. What's your point?" *Mic Drop* I like characters who understand a bigger picture. It's literally the end times and Everyone's busy worrying about a criminal record, as if they need a reason to let their guard down.

Witness links Traveler with veil and makes a portal on its shell that transcends time. We cannot follow it. On Neptune, the winterbite exotic quest gave a hint that an enemy of the witness is on titan. We go and find sloane is alive, having been slightly taken to "listen in" on enemy orders, and she has been saved by Ahsa, the enemy in question, a proto "worm god" (what the worm gods were before being darkness-ified) that had fled to titan through the ascendant plain (big misty black place.) We need to go into the deep of titan to get psychic egregore coral (the Darkness mushrooms found on the Leviathan etc that have been compressed into rock because of the pressure) to let sloane read Ahsa's thoughts and tell us about the Witness' plan and origins.

Kelgorath on his deathbed after we beat him up for the 3rd time looking at the hive ghost floating up to him
Alright, kelgorath is gonna be a hive guardian in the next raid, im calling it
Drifter is by far the best character
What happened to the more killing we did would only make Zivu stronger
Exactly. Why did Sigira have to die if fighting her was ok??

What's next for Kelgorath? Becoming a Hive Guardian next? 😆

He collects the taken for his gambit, the deep of Titan has a lot of Taken, so hes exploiting our situation for his game
I'm calling it now..... The drifter dies this season.
