Because the judge and the prosecutors are friends, the judge isn't fair cause if he was she would of been thrown off the case or it would of gotten thrown out. The fact that they are trying everyone together proves they don't have enough on thug alone. I've been involved in 2 series Court Cases they always separate us . basically a dirty strategy on both sides - the prosecution did not feel like the opening statement is that important to submit it to the defense beforehand (ignoring the request of the judge), so the defense did a dirty strat of exposing it all to the jury, I stand with the defense on this one, but both sides seem to me to be acting in malice; a little bit of tomfoolery some would say

There are lawyers that have a saying... "You can't turn a pickle back to a cucumber."

The very annoying thing about this Judge is that the Prosecution has been SO SLOPPY and it has been apparent many times... but Judge Glanville always seems to find a way to direct his emotions at the Defense instead of the unprofessional Prosecution which I find very Unprofessional on HIS part. Like dude why are you giving them so much slack ?? They are intentionally not being transparent...
