I was trying to see whether these were 27.5 or 29’s? I’m undecided about which to go for. I want to be able to do jumps and stuff and wonder whether 29’s would make that much more difficult

I'm running 27,5.
29 does make it more difficult to move the bike around in the air. If this is your main priority, I'd go for 27,5.
