Three incredibly talented, classy and down to earth guys. How lucky for us fans to see Queen's music so beautifully brought to life again thanks to Adam's participation. I'm loving this collaboration and hoping, SO hoping, they might bring a few concerts to the States.
The reason why I became an Adam fan 3 yrs ago was bcos he is totally opposite to what u think he is. I have never 'followed' an artist's career. There's something in Adam that I found truly worth my time n energy supporting. He's the sweetest thing ever with the biggest most genuine heart. Easily misunderstood by ppl who don't know him but once u 'get' him, he's one in a million, a true gem, n I'm talking about just 'personality', I haven't even touched on his other great values.
This is unlike any other press conference, more like the Queen/Adam Lambert Mutual Admiration Society! Truly a pleasure 2watch such talented musicians, who r articulate &humble. The camaraderie displayed here is evident on stage. Adam does bring new life to Queen & Queen brings new life and dimension to Adam, a perfect symbiosis. I sincerely hope there are more than 6 shows, certainly in the States, &/or DVD's/Albums, but if this is all we get...6 glorious nights of Queen & Adam Lambert...BRAVO!
This is so exciting to me. I loved Queen & Freddie and I am loving Queen & Adam Lambert. They are creating the type of music I have missed hearing. Perfect collaboration. Please come to the US for concerts and please release a DVD of these concerts!!
Omg! I love so much that interview, first I adore Brian May and Roger Taylor they are so so kind with our Baby Adam! They really apreciat him and like him they have fun on stage like Brian tell. For Adam he have so facility to explane himself lot off is sentiments or how he like to give to Queen fan's and is own fan's too how they all want to give there 100/100 , I love Queen and Adam it will be always for ever too like Queen's and I love the young son of Roger. Great percusionist like Roger!
Brian and Roger are such delightful guys! Of course, I already knew what a great guy Adam is, but when I listened to Queen's music years ago before the internet, I didn't have an opportunity to hear them speak. So fun to hear them now! Soooooo wish the three of them would come to the USA! Adam has reinvigorated Queen's music!
Queen is making history yet again, this time with Adam Lambert! Adam is a star in his own right. He's an amazing powerhouse, the best vocalist currently, in my opinion. Some of us waited for this collaboration to take place since we saw Queen take the stage with Adam at the Idol finale back in 2009 and again, when they performed together at the EMAs in 2011. This collab is a beautiful thing! Adam has his own music to promote but we hope these 6 gigs won't be the last we hear & see of Queen.
Oh, you are SO fortunate to be seeing Queen with Adam in two days! I loved Queen as a young girl; now I get to love them all over again as a Glambert !!
I can't believe that I will see these amazing people on Saturday. My biggest dream will come true. I will see Brian, I really admire him, he's my inspiration. I will sing a lot of songs which created my personality and sensitivity... Isn't it unbelievable?! : ) Adam, great job. Queen, you are the love of my life. Thank you for making my life better, every day.
Also, many reviewers said they had never seen so much mutual admiration and respect than during these shows, saying that they kept on complimenting each other and looking at each other in awe (Adam looking at them like the gods they are and Brian saying he was so amazed by Adam that he sometimes forgot how to play), and Adam was on the floor every night (literally) bowing at them at the end of each concert. Trust me, these concerts were a fucking lovefest. lol

oh my god I know you don't know him and everything, so I need to tell you that Adam is probably the most adorable/kind/generous/grateful guy ever. He really is. Every freaking person who interviewed him always said he was a sweetheart. And during the shows w/ Queen, he kept on saying how humbled and amazed he was at the opportunity Brian and Roger gave him, he kept on saying "this is rock royalty people!". B&R LOVED him. The chemistry between those 3 was unbelievable.

well Brian was true, its some kind of milestone what is hapenning with this new brand formation. Im from argentina and they all ready came here, twice in fact. One with Freddie in 1981 before the conflict of Malvinas/Falklands, and the last was in 2008 with the weak performance of Paul Rodgers. I hope they are thinking in visiting us one more time, cause we really love them by this latitudes and i personally think that Adam has lot of potencial to pay tribute to the carrer of Freddie Mercury
Really??? He said he considers them to be "rock royalty", and he was intimidated, but that when he started rehearsing wtih them he saw that they were just really generous guys. In every interview I've seen, Adam has been super excited, honored and even incredulous that he was chosen by Queen.
and they were a little 'surprised' that the gentleman who had JUST asked them a question in Polish now spoke English to them...hence, the "what a surprise"...
Therock, Is truth Roger never like press conference, but I think he made it for Adam's too, for help him to be reconize all over the world like a great singer of 1million voices. Its normal to accept to make it for all them too. He put is glasses and be always serious in the interview. He have a Cd to promot too for november. He's a great guy Roger. I've been following Adam a lot lately, and he seems genuinely genuine. lol If you have time you can watch some of his more introspective interviews to see what I mean. In this particular interview he seems to be playing it rather glam, but I don't think he's *just* using Queen as leverage, although of course every professional singer wants access to wider audience.

He said when it's most of the crowd taking vid, it feels disconnected but he does it too sometimes so he's not judging. but he has a point, when i saw him on glam nation, i took videos too but looking back, i kind of regretted it cos i had to juggle the camera, keeping him in focus all the time n it sort of inhibited me in movement n staying present n appreciating the concert fully :(

Roger and Brian and definitely the coolest Rockers on the planet. Together with Adam they are like magic.
