What kind of bike do you ride? And are the speaker kinda thick or thin? The speaker cutouts on these new helmets are deep! Does it connect to all new devices? How clear is a call?
King Murphy I ride a 2007 Honda cbr1000rr. The speakers are 5/16 thick (stack 6 dimes).I was able to connect mine to 3 different android devices ranging from 2016 to 2018 and an Iphone 7. I can hear my phone calls all the way up to about 70 75 mph. After that its hard to make out every word. The person on the receiving end of the call can always hear me no matter how fast I'm going. let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks
Thanks; The speakers do not deliver any bass what so ever. Only highs and mids. I can hear the melody and about 75% of the lyrics up at around 75 mph. If you want me to I can record the audio on the inside of the helmet and will let you know how close it is to the actual sound.
Thanks mate. I was going to get a bluetooth headset for my helmet but I think all of them are pretty much the same with the speaker quality for the music. I got to say this BT headset looks the best out of all the generic ones. I will stick to my earbuds for now.
I haven't had the chance to pair this particular unit with another bluetooth device.I was only able to call the other rider and we communicated via phone call. During the call all music stops and resumes when call is completed. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks

Hey man have this unit. I have not been able to pair it with the remote. How did you do it? Also have you used it paired with another unit as an intercom? If so can you have music on it while intercoming? Thanks if you have answers.

Let me know which would you like. No I haven't havnt had a chance to pair it with any other units I tried to pair it with a Sena unit but it wasn't able to connect

smoknjoe73 click the phone button and the top button(both) on the remote at the same time, when the unit is in paring mode. Should connect instantly if done correctly.
Darby U by pairing mode you mean flashing red/green? And phone and very top button? For mine that doesn't work. Tried one press and press and hold. Nothing.
Ben2be I just took a look at the troubleshooting section in the manual and I did not see anything regarding the red light blinking. The only time my flashes red is when it is in pairing mode.

Functionality is unaffected, but I thought the red blinking light might drain the battery though. Wondering what is the issue. When I press the on button 5 times, it will show a solid red light, as though it is charging.
Next dilemma is where can I get replacement headsets for other helmets? I have looked everywhere.

Moto Hack Jack yeah bro. It drains battery. I can charge it full, but the red light keep blinking, after a night or so, battery flat. Can't use it
