I think overall it'll be healthier, It needs different "brackets/formats" we need something other than "my decks a 7" and "rule 0 will fix everything" BS. A legitimate format needs a standardized set of rules/restrictions to keep everything civil. There's so much saltiness in commander pods because there's way too many power levels and play styles out there, a well defined set of guidelines and rules will help. Not that I'm thrilled with giving WOTC any more control than they already have. But necessary "evil" here. As for the banned cards nobody is buying or selling them really.
