This was the time when warzone WAS warzone. Already 2 years and feel nostalgic. Verdansk during season 3 & 4 was truly great time and overall the mw era of warzone. R.I.P the golden era of warzone.
I didn't care if I could hear the footsteps of the enemy or not, it's the only time I haven't turned off in-game music in Warzone. It was the musics that really motivated you as you ran for victory. Everything was going well until season 6.
Honestly I don't turn off the music because Vanguard's before season 3 sort of resembled this old soundtrack. The way they have the music is that it's on another sound plane so you can hear the game just fine with the music in the background.

I have very fond memories of playing with the boys grinding all of our weapons by doing missions on the train and setting up shop at the gas station near storage to get some kills. Now Vanguard is here. Everything feels like a major step down. Sometimes, I just hop on spec ops just to play on Verdansk just to revisit storage or the airport. Man, nostalgia kicks like a mule... Edit: on the screen, airport popped up and I saw the tower there. I remember sniping from up there towards storage and the train. Too much good memories, man
If anyone owns Modern Warfare, you can play Ground War, and it has some of the original locations! (Downtown, Quarry, Promenade, Boneyard, Airport and Farmland!)

No one is playing this game like its suppose to be played bro the reason is not the players its the way the mechanics is the movement is so advanced that its not suit for a type of game like this .I wish the movement was more slow n the guns have more recoil so evryone play this game tactically

If you survived long enough to start hearing the final variation music, the game will now start controlling you. Damn, even today I get goosebumps when I listen to it. It makes me sad to see how they ruined this game.
