Modify Siemens SIMATIC S7 300 PLC Program in Run mode

To modify the S7-300 PLC program, we need to put the PLC to stop mode. This will ultimately stop the process. To avoid Plant stoppage, here is a trick to make changes/modifications to S7-300 PLC program without stopping PLC and thus the process/plant.

How to change/modify a set point/analog like temp in any process like furnace running mode n we don't want to download that modification..?
