Great explanation. This video series is very entertaining and knowledgeable. Please do not stop this because I also want my case study reviewed when I am finished creating my portfolio.😄
What i think she has made is, the app is for someone who already has a house, and a spare room. so they are looking for a roomate for that house. In that case the login should have a place to add photos of the house.
19:50. Personas are frictional characters to understand the target users which helps in empathizing and understanding core needs. I don't think personas need to be derived from actual users (It does include the main pain-points mentioned in user research). The personality trait such as being introvert was mentioned as frictional rather than actual..........( I MIGHT BE WRONG ) 🤔🤔🤔
Love the videos. Just feel sorry for sapta 😢 especially for this and the last video. How about we use a poll for the community to select a single portfolio from 5 random portfolios shortlisted by you? Or is there already a system in place for selecting portfolios?
You have taken teaching UX to peoples to next level.. like not a regular lectures but constructive feedback will really helps many designers like me. Thanks a Ton 🤍
in my opinion maybe sleep schedules could mean one person in day shift and the other in night . For instance if it's a single bedroom apartment and one guy is working a day job and the other a night shift , how will the daytime worker sleep if the night shift guy has a work from home.
The UX of this particular video is bad😜😊. I'm not able to scan through texts coz of the big overlay video. Jokes apart. Excellent video brother. Learned a lot. Keep going🤞
To be honest to do primary research its hard because users will not give their data for free i personaly feel she faked her primary research or just talked to her friends or roommates real users will not give data in this way sapta sir please guide us how we can approach the target audience and understand their behaviour please if u can .....❤ Love from coorg

Glad you think so! 😃🙏
It’s always about storytelling and the way you put out the review seems like listening to one story itself 🙌

Can I share my portfolio without user testing
Yes, you can. In that case your justifications around your assumptions etc. should be very strong.
