Usually it’s localized to the areas of the trauma, but it can spread as mine did. I’ve recently been diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease. I can’t help but wonder if the CRPS played a part in that or was I destined to come down with anyway. Thank you for asking!

flyhigh A I'd only do it for my kid, parents have lived their life, I wouldn't expect my child to risk their life for me and potentially orphan their own kids! That's appallingly selfish. Children are supposed to outlive their parents.
Eaf Lun yeh I understand what you mean but I feel sad for the parents imagine everything they've done for us, some parents are still quite young and have so much to live for. I think if my mum was really bad and there was no other option I would help her because I love her so much and truly appreciate everything she's done for me. I would donate to my kids also but as for my husband hmmmm.. not sure about that one!! ;) lol
flyhigh A My point is that while a kid may want to donate, no parent should allow them. Especially if it's a risky donation like a liver. I'd much rather die than face the prospect of my child dying, especially dying to save me which is completely avoidable. I understand where you're coming from though.
