Violeta was great. You both gave great feedback, especially from both sides. I do not feel like she was “too much” she was most honest and realistic. In media you have to be careful and put in a “face” but we are all aware of that and it is refreshing to see an honest no f***’s given raw discussion. Nick you did a great job keeping it PG and logical! I truly enjoyed the discussion and thought you gave great feedback! Kudos and keep em coming!!! Kudos to Violeta for how far she has come. I as well am a foreigner and have much respect for her communication skills since I can relate to the complexes.
NICK, I AM A NEARLY 60 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND i HAVE TO SAY YOU ARE SO VERY INSIGHTFUL AND i REALLY THINK WHAT YOU ARE DOING REGARDING TALKING ABOUT DATING AND YOUR PERSPECTIVE IS SO GOOD AND VALUABLE. AT THE VERY LEAST UNDERSTANDING THAT MEN ARE HITTING ON WOMEN BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CONNECT AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR THE SAME THING IS GREAT. IN A PERFECT WORLD IT WOULD BE SO MUCH LESS ABOUT LOOKS AND MORE ABOUT OUR VIBRATION AND IF OUR VIBRATIONS ARE COMPATIBLE. i THINK THE PROBLEM FOR WOMEN IS NOT ABOUT BEING HIT ON IT IS ABOUT BEING SEEN FOR WHO WE ARE AND YES THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW WHAT WILL OUT UNTIL YOU SPEND TIME TOGETHER, WE DO WANT TO KNOW THAT IT IS NOT ABOUT LOOKS. IT MAKES US FEEL DEVALUED. ON THE OTHER HAND YOUR PERSPECTIVE REGARDING DOING THE SAME LINE SEVERAL TIMES WAS SO GOOD. SO GOOD AND i ALSO FEEL HONESTY IS BEST POLICY OR NO TRUST CAN HAPPEN . THANKS FOR THE HONEST SHARING. i THINK THIS IS A GOOD NICHE FOR YOU.
Regarding the flirting in the gym, I would rather know the truth about the flirting notes than have the guy I am interested in lying to me about it. Let's not start a possible relationship with lies. I would respect him more for being honest. Great intro song! Loved it. 🙂
I agree with you Nick about Colton. He was very sweet and gracious on his one on one and took into consideration that it was her birthday. He is doing a wonderful job so far and I'm excited to see his journey.
Nick, you are so right about not lying about that note. Honesty is the way to go so that a lie isn't the jumping point for a relationship, and it is also easier than keeping track of lies. Your instincts are correct on this.
Hi Nick and Violet. I enjoyed the discussion. I married (and divorced) someone with mommy issues. I can relate to the vitamins talk, since I know I am deficient in several vitamins and minerals I'm not assimilating from my food. I can relate to bullying... I was bulled during 10th grade by boys and by girls. I didn't become popular, but I was able to gain respect during my senior year.
Relate to eating fast because of sibling rivalry. Way too competitive with food, especially candy, can't share it. I love the interviews with women! Listening to all your podcast episodes back to back while writing a paper, keep it up
Love daddy issues on IG so I was pretty pumped for this podcast, but surprisingly I wasn’t the biggest fan of this episode. I don’t think you guys vibed well with each other and it seemed very apparent to me.. love you though nick, and will continue to watch.
I freakin love Nick's advice. Completely agree that men can use a line - the whole point is just to introduce themselves and start a convo, somethinf that A LOT of men don't do. And honesty is what is most important.
To the aspiring writer who asked about following your dream: Go For It. You will regret it if you don't try. And if a publisher or editor, or some readers tell you it's garbage, don't believe them until you have tried, and tried again. Some people will say you are not talented and it was a bit of a mess, just because they've witnessed your work and they see how brilliant you are with what you've created. They are jealous, so they will say you're awful to try to keep you from becoming successful. They don't like feeling jealous.
I love the podcasts! 1. Honesty is the best policy. 2. I love that you cleaned up your language but was disappointed your co-host didn't refrain more. A well placed F bomb is more effective and comes off more intelligent than profanity sprinkled all over the place. Both of you had valid, wonderful insight but I appreciated your logical, less impulsive responses.
Omg is it just me or does Kevin the caller look just like Jordan from Bachelor in Paradise. I for real thought this was an editing issue because I was like why do they keep showing this random facetime of Jordan. Hey Kevin, DM Jordan on how shoots his shots with the ladies.
Lol there is a fine line between cute and creepy...a person you're into can do something borderline creepish but they can get away with it because you're into them...someone you're not attracted to can do the same thing but they are creepy because you're not into them...that's just way the cookie crumbles lol
She is first guest smarter than him and on a completely different level of life experience. He thinks they share hardships but he doesn’t even know what that word means.
hey, whatever your name is now....just wanna say, I think you misunderstood the situation at the accounting firm - doesn't sound like bullying to me. ;)
What the heck is wrong with this girl white lies are not okay and if I found out that someone had lied to me in the very beginning of our relationship no matter how small that would be a huge red flag to me honesty is the best policy
Really enjoy your podcast. However, please consider more diversity. The last 4 guests are all white, straight women. As a young woman of color, please keep in mind the diversity in the selection of your guests. Avid watcher of all things bachelor/bachelorette, so keep going. Insightful and fun new podcast but please think outside of 1 world as you continue to grow your base and watchers. Kindly.
You were meant to have a podcast. Love your depth and perspective!
Agreed!
Agreed too!
agreed I feel like I get to have nick as a friend during the podcast I like his depth. Honest life perspective. cool hang

These shows are great Nick! The advice is so real, I love it. Please keep the podcast up!!
Nick...honesty is the best policy and you got it down... I love how you are so easily able to tap into your truth

This was a funny one! I’ve always loved the Daddy Issues IG account and didn’t know the backstory.

Why is this podcast so good.Nick I love your voice and energy and perspective-an amazing find.

I really enjoy Violet..she should be your cohost. She's so honest and real.
What happened to the Bad Chiller Episodes. I liked those
Loving this podcast!!! Nick is so on point and authentic!!

Lol finally a guest who challanged YOU. I kind of loved it
And who is the random dude's face that kept popping up in the beginning while Violet was talking?
Nick thank you for an extremely honest podcast! Love it!
That intro song is a whole vibe! #Goodchoice
whats the song?

Great opinions and advice. Great hearing different sides.
Arie rejected kissing Annaliese and rejected Bibiana when she tried to cut in lol
Thanks for doing these

Great content Nick! 10 ⭐️
Love this podcast

100 percent true facts lol

I hated that he kept saying “recommendated” instead of “recommended” during that ad at 53:00 in... 😑
Nope, it's better to be honest and squash the cuteness of the romantic gesture than to be caught lying and try to backpedal later.
Would love to see a cohesive background. If you want windows open, all blinds should be up. If you don't, they should all be down.
Love the song
Wow ... I love your confessions ...these days ... wow baby talk. Nick
Nick... loving the podcast but Violet was like an obnoxious little sister who said things purely for effect. All your other guests have been great
Agreed.
does anyone else see the chemistry between them or is it just me

I completely agree. I was reallyyy not a fan of her advice.

Chill Ashley. Its only been four guest. Have patience.
You’re cancelled LOL 😂
I like your co-host Nick but she is a lot. Funny as heck but too much. Strong personality a bit much.
