    Love your channel. I have seen so much tricks about wushu i never heard of. I will put all of it into my training.

    You bet. I caught a pubalgia due to taolu training that favored one side for Pu Bu. I had to stop several years. It is only with proper bodybuilding training that I could solve the problem -- more or less.

    I understand the issue but solution given at the end ain't worth much. During trainings (when there's alot of time until competition) we do train both sides of the body, or sometimes use non dominant side more, but forcing regulations at competition would become a bit of a clown fiesta. Imagine demanding same thing at olympic pole vault ( their sport is also asymetric). I love taolu but saying that is fight with imaginary opponent is a miss. Taolu evolved beyond that years ago, top athletes perform movements wich aren't fight related at all (and difficult beyond comprehension) so what's the point? Coaches should adjust trainings to compensate imbalances and problem solved.
