The further filter in showcasing both the hard and soft big baits that are available and most cost effective is a great idea. With the cost of living these days finding the most reasonably priced yet quality baits with "it" is key for a lot of folks. Thanks for doing the extensive testing and making these recommendations.
Great video! U guys shoulda added the bass mafia dangerous swimbait. That thing is incredible. Can swim fast and slow. Always runs true no matter what.
Yesterday they talked about the Shimano Cardiff..budget fam, get the Cardiff 300 and add a Gomexus handle. For me, the price, the weight of the reel for what it is, and th torque you gain when casting with a bit more purchasing power on the reel make it a no brainer. For what it is, and what it does, it's such a great reel at it's price point..there's a reason Shimano still makes them. Hope that saves you guys some money this season!
I was wondering if you guys have tried the Bacca Burrito Nacho? I was curious if it had a similar vibration the larger baits have. My thinking is the smallies I night fish for in the summer would love that compact profile.
I want to start fishing swim baits. Lake Erie will be my main lake. Small mouth and Walleye and perch. What would you suggest for swim baits? I imagine there would not be much in the way of swim baits for them?
Some other baits I'd like to point out are the Huddleston 68 with the 6 inch body but the tail with from an 8 inch. And also the 6th sense whale in 6 inch size
Dunno about anyone else but I placed an order a couple days ago and everything i bought they gave me the discount on. Even though it wasn't in this phase of the sale
Do you guys not like/recommend/use the little trash fish anymore? Also, what are your thoughts on roller guides for big game rods or acid wrapped guides?
What do you think about the cullshad? Anyone tried them? They’re only $5 at my local tackle direct was going to buy a few but didn’t know if they are worth it. Then again for 5 bucks can you beat it?
I really like the 5 and 6” version have caught a lot of smaller bass and some decent size bass on it since it hit the market. Trying to find the perfect rod still though.
I use the Z-man swimbait wrap for mine. I have the Savage Gear 8” RTF trout, a Bacca Burrito in 6” and the Bacca Nacho and they all are still in good condition. The wrap does have issues, namely the stitches between the pockets tend to tear the plastic so take it for what it is, it works for me for the moment.
I got a dozen trigger trout for $5 a piece .onths ago. The hooks are worth that. I catch modmre fish using a beast hook bht still a great plastic. Never caught on. Wish they made more wedge tails. Caught more on a hud or SG wedge tail than all others minus tiny damiki or largo shad etc. It dobyns made an 807 or correctly rated 806 id keep running my cheap rods. Okuma isnt much higher but the guide select are true to weight with double footed guides to the tip. the
I use those Bass Mafia Daingerous swimbait the line through top hook and they are freakin awesome baits. I also use the 13 Fishing BAMF shad and gill amazing baits also.
TB is phenomenal. It’s insane how what they recommend works. I literally just bought the TB Micro A Rig, caught 3 bass on Saturday 1st ever time using it and caught a 5lb 4oz Pickerell on Sunday which was 2nd time ever using it. State record in DE is 7lb and change. Huge thanks to TB, my fishing level has improved immensely this year.
I love it! Keep them coming! I swung by my local bait shop and picked up many items from Great Lakes and other companies from the strollering and dropshot Buyers Guide series! Thanks guys another $200 easily spent! One of these rods would be nice. Been eying the 966 a while. Might be snagging it sooner than later.
There’s no reason for them to post it as they won’t get money back on the recommendation. That’s one reason, the other is they want to recommend baits that are readily available
This is the best buyers guide run in history!!!!!!
It is seriously incredible that you guys are still rolling out daily Buyer's Guides! This is just amazing!!!🎣🙌🏻
Landing me In the poor house. But it's near the lake😂
For real. Props to you guys. Thanks for all the hard work. Although I know it’s fun for y’all to pull out all your gear and talk about it lol

Yall are amazing! I love the format of the buyers guides this year! Very easy to keep up with the videos and sales! Thanks for all you do!

Awesome soft swimbaits guys thank you Matt and Tim you guys rock! 👍🏻
Coffee in hand...ready!! ❤
For 2025, soft swimbaits will definitely be the lure category I will mostly add to my arsenal.
Threw your DD75 speed crank and a 6”Zoom swim bait on a Chatter bait head at Lanier yesterday 😎
Shall we be late watching your video but I will try to keep up watching you guys are pretty good fisherman like me
The new savage gear soft glide line thru is 🔥.. in my opinion the least talked about 5inch Magdraft is the best at least in Jersey
I was wondering if you guys have tried the Bacca Burrito Nacho?

When do you use braid to leader with your swimbaits?

Which ROF do you recommend on the Zman Shadtron? The 12 or 5?
Anyone have any recommendations on a color for the magdraft on a bluegill forage lake? Would love to start throwing one but I don’t have any shad.
Is the 966 good for A-rig also?
How long of a leader do you guys run for the 8-in mag draft?
Aint ginna lie when tim picked up that g loomis i thought he picked up a baseball bat damn
Caught some really good small mouth on the 8 inch magdraft in Oklahoma.. early spring surprised me they could eat it!
It's amazing what bass will eat..caught a 2 lb'er on a 10" Rat wakebait
Best rod for 4 and 5” line through jig hook baits?
Yall ever used Working Class Zero baits?
Remember watching a Commercial is another way to show Channel support it helps with the algorithm and YT will send Tactical $$$
What do you think about the cullshad? Anyone tried them? They’re only $5 at my local tackle direct was going to buy a few but didn’t know if they are worth it. Then again for 5 bucks can you beat it?
You guys left out the bass mafia zaldangerous line through swimbait and the freestyle one as well imo it’s better then the mag draft
What do your guys think about the bass mafia daingerous rigged swim bait?
I really like the 5 and 6” version have caught a lot of smaller bass and some decent size bass on it since it hit the market. Trying to find the perfect rod still though.
Does the zodiac have a swimbait handle? What is the handle length from end of reel seat to rod butt?
Wish you touched on durability of each.
How do you store these baits that do not come with a clam shell? Is there anything to consider with the silicone baits?

Good morning 🐟🐟🇺🇸😎
No beast coast miyagi or creep? Missing out.
Crazy how KGB or Clutch glides didn't go on sale.

I bought a ton of those Trigger Trouts for $3.97 last year...u caught any on them? Reviews aren't very good, but for $3.97 has to do it 😂
Everytime we watch these guys(tacticalbassin) it's a WIN! 💪🤙
I use those Bass Mafia Daingerous swimbait the line through top hook and they are freakin awesome baits. I also use the 13 Fishing BAMF shad and gill amazing baits also.
The fact that Matt has a DEDICATED $550 rod to just an 8” mag draft…. 😅
Tim.. stay off of Matt! You literally just GEEKED out on the Mag Draft. LOL!

Do you guys prefer soft or hard swim baits?
You also boat flipped that almost 9 lber! 😂😂😂
Do you guys all use the same rod for soft swim baits and hard swim baits?? Let’s call it 5-7 inches
Just a heads up none of the links worked
They're working, but brief glitches happen. Give it a minute or two and you should be set.
I love it! Keep them coming! I swung by my local bait shop and picked up many items from Great Lakes and other companies from the strollering and dropshot Buyers Guide series! No Working Class Zero???...
They aren't available at Tackle Warehouse.
@xDx0xUxGx Oh I know. Their titles should always say Tackle Warehouse soft swimbait buyers guide, Tackle Warehouse hard swimbait buyers guide, etc...
There’s no reason for them to post it as they won’t get money back on the recommendation. That’s one reason, the other is they want to recommend baits that are readily available
1st🎉
Sorry folks, no turkey dinner this year...I've got some swimbaits to buy....Hungry Man frozen turkey dinner this year!
1st!!!
First
Have you guys estimate the total cost of gears for the entire buyers guide🫣 lol
They definitely have 20k+ probably a piece in gear
